La borne extérieur pour le check in fonctionnait correctement (précédent séjour en septembre avec double encaissement dont heureusement le service clientèle Hotels.com a fait preuve d efficacité). Ma chambre (numéro 7) au RDC était sommaire et correct cependant des moisissures apparaissent dans la salle de bains. Le point négatif me concernant dans cet hôtel est le bruit occasionné par les autres clients (parler/courir dans les couloirs, portes qui claquent assez tard dans la nuit),sachant que les chambres sont mal insonorisées (prévoir des protections auditives). Certes après pour £34, vous avez pas mieux dans le coin. Voilà mon avis

We were driving from northern France to Spain and wanted to break up the 700 mile drive. The hotel was absolutely no frills but did exactly what it said on the tin and the price was right. It was clean and if you just want a bed for the night its fine.

This hotel was listed as having a 24 hour reception. However, this just meant they have one of those automated machines for reservations after hours. The machine did not have our reservation in it and so we ended up having to rebook and pay for a more expensive room on the spot. We were unhappy about this and asked the manager the next day about it and she just said that she didn't have our reservation in the system, and then dismissed us as a non-problem. So, completely unimpressed with this hotel's service. Beware booking if you'll arrive at night. The room itself was fine; it was clean and had its own bathroom and they did have non-smoking rooms (though the bedding smelled a bit smokey). The heating worked fine and it was a clean, comfortable place to stay for one night on the road. The hotel is in a small town, so there aren't a lot of other breakfast options (we didn't want to pay the 9 euros for breakfast at the hotel). We went into the town and stopped at a little grocery store across from the church for croissants and baguette.
