Fabulous…we stayed 3 days is everything that Chateau Courcelles wasn’t.
All the staff were always opleasant, smiling and attentive.
All the food was lovely and the 2 Michelin star restaurant was as it should be great food , great service working like clockwork…the owner Mr Nasti and his wife were always around which is nice and sets the high standards they achieve…the historic town of Kaysersberg is well worth a visit..beautiful.

This is a hotel so nice that I would almost defy someone to say anything bad about it. Every thing about the hotel is perfect (except for the poorly functioning room air conditioning) and every touch amazing. This is a miraculously wonderful hotel in an otherwise cute but small town. Highly recommend.

I can’t say enough about the excellent guest service at Le Chambard. The staff was attentive, caring, and went above and beyond in every way possible. The food - both for breakfast and dinner - was outstanding, and the restaurant team able to accommodate special requests at a moment’s notice.
The hotel is centrally located but also very quiet. We slept with the windows open and couldn’t hear anything all night until the birds started chirping in the morning.
It was a perfect stay all around, and we hope to be back!

We recently stayed at this lovely hotel for 2 nights. We were met in the car park and assisted with our luggage which was a nice touch. The staff were all very friendly and professional which added to our experience of the hotel. The room was a good size and furnished in quite a minimalist style, very much to my taste. The pool area was quite small so it didn't take many people to make if feel crowded but that said a pool in a town centre hotel is a nice thing. The breakfast was exceptional with breads & pastries from the owners bakery together with an array of meat, cheese, yoghurt and sweet treats to name but a few of the items on the help yourself buffet. All in all a very enjoyable 2 nights and we would certainly re-visit if we were in the area.

We stayed 2 nights as a couple during a long weekend break in the Alsace. This was one of the most enjoyable stay we ever had in Europe. Everything was perfection. The staff was absolutely wonderful. The room was stylish and modern. The bed was the most comfortable I've ever slept on. Naturally, the food by acclaimed chef Olivier Nasti was out of this world. We also had the best massages of our lives. This hotel is a gem and so personalised. If you love boutique hotels, you are going to loce this. We loved every minute of it.

This is a relais and chateux so you expect a certain level of quality both in terms of the quality and cleanliness of the room but also the rennovations. Our bathroom was extemely old / archaic -- and we paid over 400 euros for the night. Will definitely not stay again until they confirm a remodel in the rooms.
