Wonderful room in the center of everything with easy access to a private on-site parking space in the garage. The room was very clean and nicely decorated. I can't say enough about how helpful the staff was, from helping with directions, to helping us secure an impossible last minute dinner reservation on a sold out Valentine's Day night. Thank you all, we can't wait to come back.

Overall, everything was great; the only downside was a small dirty spot on the toilet seat, which made me feel a bit uncomfortable. I considered mentioning it to the front desk but decided to let it go. Aside from that, the room was clean and comfortable, and we had a pleasant stay.

Really warmly welcomed and showed to a very small room - that's ok it's only an overnight stay. Returning later on it seems the heating in the bathroom cannot be turned down or indeed off! EXTREMELY uncomfortable nights sleep as only way to cool down room is to open the window to street in front of hotel. This causes restless night sleep due to road noises right through the night. Hotel unable to move to us to another room as they are full but completely unwilling to offer any help. Surely a hotels basic facility is to offer a comfortable night's sleep - great big FAIL here!!!? Shame as the town is lovely but our stay rather ruined by the obstructic nature of the hotel management.
