Hôtel Maison Pigalle

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel, reception staff were helpful, I really loved the breakfast and specially the lady named “Bzeb” who served breakfast, she and her daughter both were so kind, helpful, nice people.

Location was great

The staffs were really helpful, especially the ones at the front desk and in the restaurant. However, I wasn't expecting the rooms to be that tiny...I went with the deluxe room, maybe that was my mistake as I was with my family. It wasn't very comfortable staying in the room. Again I wouldn't have minded if it was just me. I probably didn't do a proper investigation making sure it was suitable for a family stay.

Very pleased with this hotel, staff first impression very kind and helpful, approachable throughout stay. We had a deluxe room which was clean and spacious, shower had good flow of water best that I have stayed in Paris. Definitely stay again.

Clean room

Great location.

Yeah it was small and very “cosy”. The bathroom was small too. Plus point they had a window that was to open. To get to The wardrobe was tight so don’t store out luggage.

The breakfast was really good and fresh. The property is in an amazing location. They should keep up better with the cleaning of the rooms like more deep cleaning like wiping the doors and walls, mop floors etc. the lady that cleaned was great but the guy not so much. The room has everything you need. We stayed for 6 days. The staff was amazing! I would go back 100%

Really nice staff. The breakfast was normal like it is in the rest of Europe, really basic, coffee and some goodies. The room was clean but it could’ve been better

Wonderful stay. Staff was very friendly. Room was euro small but comfortable and clean. I normally stay at Marriott or other brand hotels, but given the location and price point of this one I opted to go local and was happy with my choice!

L’hôtel est très bien situé, l’équipe de l’hôtel est très accueillante. Le lit est très confortable et tout était propre. La chambre est belle, cependant l’espace pour trois personnes est limité. Lorsque le petit lit est ouvert dans la chambre, il est impossible d’ouvrir l’armoire. La chambre de mes parents était mieux disposée et ils avaient plus de place pour deux (chambre de même catégorie). Donc, je retournerai sans hésitation à cet hôtel, mais demanderais une chambre différente. Point négatif: pas de machine à café, tous les autres hôtels que nous avons fait en France en avait une. Également le petit haut parleur qui à manqué de batterie deux nuits de suite et qui sonne à 4:00 am … il serait dans doute préférable de prévoir un fil pour éviter cela.

The hotel was lovely and aesthetic, the beds were comfy and clean and staff were friendly. Although the hotel offers aircon however didn’t inform to tell us they had turned it off so we were left with a very hot room.

Great location. Quiet at night. Close to great food options. Cute balcony view. Staff very helpful. Decent amount of space for the four of us.

Nice room but there were issues with reception and cleanliness

The hotel itself was great. There is a metro stop within 5 minutes walking distance, and there are tons of good restaurant options. If you are up for some steps, you are even within walking distance to Montemarte and Sacré-Cœur. The only negative is that I would not recommend using the airport shuttle service offered. I genuinely feared for my life on the drive back to the airport, my seatbelt was broken, and it was honestly only about $10 cheaper than scheduling an Uber, and an Uber would've been both quicker and safer.
