My students loved that they stocked as small refrigerator for us so that the students had some cold beverages. Very kind staff, clean, love the art deco style. Great location with easy access to the Metro, walking distance to Sacre Coeur and Montmartre.

So many things stood out. The staff, the 2:00 p.m. to 2:00 a.m. snacks and non-alcoholic beverages available to all guests at all of the properties. I will return to an Astotel hotel in the future when I return to Paris. While the room was smaller than I would have liked, I learned that is indicative of most hotels in Paris.

Check in was fantastic and front desk staff was lovely. Only issue is that our room wasn’t cleaned for a several days despite us leaving a “please clean” sign on the door. We ran out of tissues and our mini bar wasn’t replenished. Had to ask the front desk for assistance.

I had an amazing stay here! The only thing is that the bathroom was so small I had to sit sideways on the toilet, and I am very short so definitely be wary of that if you’re taller than 5”4 lol. Otherwise, great location! There are some adult clubs and lots of sex shops nearby but there are also plenty of restaurants and fun things to do. Very good location, accessible, only a 30 minute bus/train ride to most tourist traps!

The staff were absolutely amazing and went out of their way to help me. The location is amazing close to restaurants, the main road, and metro and walkable to a lot of wonderful places. However, the hotel itself is a little run down. I know that rooms in Paris are small but this was extremely small and the toilet was right by the head of the bed. Under the mattress was torn and hanging, no closet, and the shower door had a huge gap so the water would leak out. The A/C was amazing though. It's okay for a day or two if you really need it, but I probably won't stay there again.

We had a terrific stay at Hotel Monterosa. Right from arrival in the very early morning, we were greeted warmly and our room was ready early. So helpful, as it was a late overnight flight for us. The room was perfect for two travellers, and had all we needed. Two beds, small desk and chair, renovated bathroom and windows that opened to the streets of Paris! The small complimentary minibar and snacks available in the lobby were a welcome treat each afternoon after a day of exploring the city. The breakfast available each morning was well worth the cost. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was very convenient. Close to so many restaurant choices, short walk to the metro, and walkable to Sacré Cœur and area. I would definitely choose to stay at Hotel Monterosa again.

The hotel had darling little rooms with nice, colourful touches. It is in a great location, I’ve only ever stayed up near Montmartre in Paris and can recommend the area, it’s an easy walk down to the Seine. Metro stations, including Pigalle which allows access to Gare du Nord for the airport train and Eurostar, are all close by. The staff were lovely and the free mini bar and soft drinks happy hour were lovely touches. My brother and I had a lovely stay and I would recommend the hotel.

After leaving a grungy Airbnb, this was great. Clean room, clean shower, fresh towels, room window that opened over the street. It was exactly what we needed. Staff were great and snacks were a nice touch.
