Hôtel Orly Superior

room were big enough, no safty deposit box ( Safe) which travelers need, staff were coutious... it just feels like the place can look and feel much better with little more effort and small investment as it feels like a 2 star and could be a 3. It's not far from hotel so practical at an affordable rate.

Today is December 7, on the night of 6/7we slept in this hotel. It rained in the morning. The guy who was on shift, didn't even move to tell us where the bus was to Paris. never go to the hotel again.

The advantage is that it’s close to the airport; the linens are clean, and it’s fine to stay for one night.

It was convenient

Terrible. Not clean. Unhelpful staff.

The staff was not friendly or inviting. We read a posted sign about breakfast being included and yet when we did indeed attempt to eat a little something (orange juice, croissant and a coffee for my husband and I our son didn't even eat) we were charges $30.00 which seems extremely expensive. The shower was disgusting and the shower head kept falling and spraying every where. The only somewhat saving grace was the morning receptionist did call us a taxi to get to CDG airport, which she said was $12.00 ended up costing us $110.00.

Room was very inviting and staff was courteous and helpful.

Initial room provided at check-in had a defective toilet with the waste of the previous guest still in the bowl. We requested another room and got one right away but had to repack and move rooms. The bed in the second room needs to be replaced. The springs were literally poking us and there were permanent dents in the bed where it had been used over time. Every movement caused a squeak and groan from the aged mattress. Tv remote did not work. Carpets were old and stained and gave off a musty smell. Breakfast was satisfactory. We were only looking for a room for a 10 hour period between flights so thought this would work because it is extremely close to the airport. We could not make use of the shuttle because it has very limited space and the closest we could be accommodated would be 3 hours prior to our desired time. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel.

Spacious room, comfortable bed and excellent staff and free shuttle bus to amd from.airport

We booked this hotel for overnight so that we can catch our early flight from Paris to Lisbon. However the lady at the counter told us that the 5'o clock shuttle is fully booked and she couldn't do anything. She was not sure how much it would cost us if we booked a taxi through her. Long story short, we called a Uber at 4.45 and managed to reach the airport. Not very helpful.

Good for early flight out of Orly Shuttle service to airport from 5am ,every 30 mins great . Reception staff not always helpful . Nothing in hotel vicinity for food .

Very good clean room but shuttle very slow and very confused

The rooms all smelled bad. Smelled so bad I didn’t even stay the night. Shuttles took super long to pick us up from airport.

Want 2 towels . 1 bath 1 hand. For each person. Want 2 pillows for each person. Want complimentary coffee. Front desk staff never smiled and was not welcoming at 1 pm when we checked in .but the night lady and morning lady were. . The shuttle driver was absolutely non helpful!! He refused to help us carry.or put on suitcases. One of us has a crutch and a cane. Ridiculous.

The receptionist was friendly, but the room condition and facilities was not what we expected. There were no lotion, no conditioner for the shower, and she shower was not working properly. The bathroom space was small and not comfortable. No A/C.

I'm unsure why this hotel is called Superior. We only stayed for one night to catch an early morning flight, and I was glad it was just one night. The smell in the room was unpleasant and strong. The lady at the front desk was very kind and offered us another room, but it had the same odor. They might be using a cheap cleaning product to maintain the rooms. On the plus side, the hotel is close to Orly Airport and offers free parking. They also provide a shuttle service to the airport, which might be free as well.
