Nice hotel in good condition. Well set up and welcoming. Room was just as we hoped and beds were comfy and clean. Would definitely stay again. Kids loved the pool. Gym is very basic. Parking limited. Overall really good value and perfect for a family.

Big, clean hotel with a small indoor pool. Staff were friendly but spoke limited English. Good selection for breakfast, but limited places to get a meal locally, and nothing available if you arrive late to check-in! 15 mins walk from Futuroscope (which is very much aimed at the French market).

We just needed a hotel for a single night for our family and the Futuroscope was absolutely grand. It was great being able to book connecting rooms and they worked really well. We arrived at about 10pm, so sadly weren't able to get food at the hotel. There are takeaway places close to the hotel, so we could grab something there. There's also a decent place for breakfast just next door. We took a trip into Poitiers itself, which was really nice. It cost about 20 euros each way in a taxi but was a great way to spend a few hours before we headed on

Good location if you want to spend the weekend going to the theme park - Futuroscope, only a 15 minutes walk and the parking for the hotel is free. Nothing else much to do around, there were a few shops around but they were closed the weekend we spent there. Lovely multilingual staff. Bar was always unattended so you to go to reception to get someone to come over to order, the cocktails were pretty good though.

Covid h’guidelines well respected. Breakfast was very good although in general the room felt more like 3 star than 4 star. Swimming pool guys will need small tight swim shorts not my usual swim shorts as they were not allowed.

Quick stop off having driven back through France from Spain. Lovely day in La Rochelle and then stopped off here for the night. Hotel was beautifully clean, modern and spacious. Nice pool too. Strange area though, I think it’s a new development but felt a bit empty. Didn’t bother us though. Had a nice cheap dinner round the corner. Ideal

Was great location for Futuroscope as was only about 10-15 min walk away. We had dinner and breakfast at the hotel which was good. Didn’t use the pool but had some fun in the games/arcade area which was reasonably priced. Lovely hotel, very clean and modern, would definitely stay again if visiting Futuroscope. Only small downside was that the air con is controlled by reception, but you can ring down to have it adjusted and also on arrival their was a slight smell of drains from the bathroom. We didn’t report this as it passed within a few hours. There is a patisserie/cafe just outside if you want a cheaper breakfast too.

Used as a stopover, travelling from Portugal back to the U.K. Ideal as it is right next to the connecting motorway. Big hotel. Reception staff are fantastically friendly and welcoming. The rooms were huge but lack proper sound proofing from rooms above and next door and our beds were creaky. The noise from the hand dryers or vacuum cleaners I nterrupted our sleep early Sunday morning. One of the hotels major plus, apart from the reception staff, is the small indoor swimming pool and small gym area for the size of the hotel. Pool lacked towels. But brilliant to be able to have a swim in the morning. Empty on a Sunday morning. Not sure how busy it would be on another day. We didn’t opt for the breakfast which at €15 we found expensive for the already pricey stay. Should be included. For the price, you would expect the niceties of toiletries, in-room coffee/tea facilities, dressing gown and slippers. There were none. Hotel could do with mordernising especially the rooms.

This was a great hotel for a one night stay right off the highway. It was very clean and comfortable. You must ask at the desk for them to adjust the temperature in your room, but other than that the room was perfect for our family. The breakfast buffet was extra, but also very nice with both hot and cold selections.
