Ideal location in the center of Angers. Very welcoming and friendly staff.

The location was fantastic and there was easy accessibility to trams and tourist sites. The room was at its bare min - no slippers or robe and no bathroom amenities other than soap. The staff were super friendly and that made up for much! Just be warned that there are loads of stairs outside and inside for those less mobile to note.

Clean room with decent amount of space. Walkable to shopping and dining.

Recommend this place when visiting Angers. Bang in the centre of the city so a great location.

The area was perfect and the staff were lovely but there was such an unbearable smell of mold from the bathroom that I had to sleep with the window open. It was awful.

She was incredibly helpful during our check-in, ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Barbara went above and beyond, providing excellent recommendations for sightseeing and helping us find all the information we needed to make the most of our visit. Her friendly and professional demeanor truly set the tone for our stay. In addition to Barbara's fantastic service, Yuri and Anton at the bar also deserve high praise. They were both incredibly welcoming and provided top-notch service throughout our time at the hotel. Their warm hospitality and attentiveness made our evenings at the bar a delightful experience. Overall, the staff at this hotel made our stay memorable with their exceptional service and genuine hospitality. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with friendly and helpful staff.

Short star in Angers, very friendly and helpful hotel reception and very friendly city as well. The hotel is well located, right in the center of the city.

We reserved a room with a terrace, which was wonderful. It overlooked the plaza so it was fun to people watch from our very large terrace. It was quiet at night so no problem with noise. The tram stopped right in front of the hotel which was very convenient.

Outstanding hotel. Hotel was recommended by friends who had stayed there a number of times. I booked a room with terrace overlooking square. Welcoming, attentive and very professional staff who went out of their way to make even the smallest aspect of my stay so enjoyable. One of the best hotels I have ever had the pleasure to stay.

It was an excellent stay. One night in a double standard room. We had breakfast which was very good. We found the lighting in the room a little dim but the bathroom lighting was excellent.

Excellent location, friendly kind staff. The room was ok. The bed was decent, but nothing special. Only 2 pillows for 2 people. The stairs up to our room were extremely narrow.
