Great location in a walkable area with easy access to multiple metro lines. Lovely terrace, clean and quiet, friendly staff, and grocery stores and good restaurants close by. The bunk beds were great for the kids, and the separating door let them get to sleep earlier.

We had a wonderful stay at Hôtel Villa Modigliani in Paris and couldn’t fault a thing. The breakfast was excellent each morning, with plenty of choice and fresh options. The staff were lovely—welcoming, attentive, and always happy to help. The rooms were comfortable and well kept, and the peaceful courtyard was a real highlight after a day of sightseeing. The location is fantastic, with lots of great restaurants nearby. We were able to walk to several major landmarks, and for anything further away, Bus 82 was easy to catch and took us straight to many of the city’s most visited sights. A charming, comfortable hotel in a brilliant location—highly recommended.

Great hotel in a fun area of Paris. My wife and I stated here with our 4 children. Very close to Luxembourg Garden and several subway lines that make getting about anywhere in Paris easy. Plenty of restaurant/cafe/shopping options in a nice neighborhood. The hotel was clean and staff was great. The front courtyard was a nice, welcoming touch.

it seems AC doesn't work well. we feel a bit cold at night but cannot manage to turn the AC on to heat. But in general this hotel is fine

The staff if very nice and always helpful. We had an odor problem with 2 different rooms and they moved us each day to one that was free of that issue. The breakfasts are delicious and offer a wide selection. The hotel is in a great location, close to several key Metro stops.

Room had poor circulation, we went in mid April and it wasn't hot outside but given how small the room is, we made sure AC was an option before booking, but apparently they only turn it on later with higher temperatures. We tried turning on the fan just for circulation, but hot air came out making the room even stuffier. We opened the window throughout our entire stay and saw our next door do the same daily. The problem here is that Europe doesn't have bug screen so it's a fully open window.. The hotel was nice overall but due to the poor circulation, I wouldn't return, even the toilet room was very stinky (again poor circulation).

We had property stolen from one of the rooms by the cleaning staff during the stay. We contacted the hotel about it, but they would not do anything in response, even provide a modest refund. Very disappointing customer service. Otherwise the hotel was lovely.
