Ibis Perpignan Rivesaltes

The accommodation was fine. However, we were at the very end of the hotel so accessing the bar and restaurants was a lengthy walk. Breakfast was very good with a great variety of options. Unfortunately, althought our starter at dinner was lovely, I chose cod which was dry, overcooked and full of bones. My husband, although he ordered a hamburger, got a very grizzly steak which was inedible. When we told the waiter, he didn't really care. Just shrugged and said fish have bones.

Check in had to be done through neibohr hotel. Bed was too soft. Condition so so.

While I do not have anything against that hotel in particular, I have great reservations about the city of Perpignan and its surrounding towns. This area is dirty and a haven for crime. Our vehicle was vandalised and we were robbed during our visit there. Once we made a formal complaint to the Police, we were advised by the Police that this ritual is a daily occurrence in Perpignan and its surrounding due to the poverty level in the region. As for the hotel itself, the hotel was average. We had specifically chosen this site because of the pool but the pool was closed. These facts should be detailed on the website. Small room and hard bed that are not that comfortable. AC was switched off for the season which should not occur. The guests should have the choice on temperature level in their room. Small bathroom with bath/shower combo. Good buffet breakfast served with all the COVID-19 precautions. Avoid the area!

We booked the hotel due to its low cost and location as we were breaking up our drive to Barcelona from Provence. And the hotel was great for the price. Very clean and big room compared to the low cost. Very happy to have booked this hotel.

Good hotel for the price. Good wifi and pool. Handy for the local mall with loads of eating places.

Ended up at a shoot later than expected and didn’t want to drive back to Barcelona late at night. Check in was easy at midnight and staff was friendly. The room was fine but didn’t get much sleep because every noise in the hall could be heard at all hours

The room was comfortable and clean. Perfect for two adults and one child. We had problem because they said that the payment did not result, but finally they solved the problem and everything has been ok.

In need of total renovation. Room very tired and dirty. Limited reception hours and have to go to the hotel next door if you want a bar. Noisy from people running up and down the corridor and no staff on reception at night. Basically locked in on your own.

Petit déjeuner 18,30€ cela n’est pas justifié / trop cher.

Pocas horas antes de llegar nos llegó un mail diciendo que la piscina y la terraza no estarían disponibles por obras de mantenimiento. Una decepción, porque queríamos disfrutar del relax este fin de semana... A ultima hora tuvimos que cambiar de planes y buscar otras actividades por la zona... El hotel está bien, pero no le veo la cuarta estrella. El desayuno muy bueno, la atención cuidadosa y la limpieza correcta. El acceso al hotel no está bien señalizado, porque está dentro de un complejo con dos hoteles diferentes, y crea confusión.

La chambre n'est pas confort. L'odeur et les sols et murs. La salle de bain fait vraiment pas quali. Ils installent une piscine mais ils auraient mieux fait d'investir dans la rénovation de l'hôtel...

Bon sejour Par contre niveau douche la pomme de douche fait un peu pitié

Tres bien beau complexe et bien situé géographiquement, chambre spacieuse, nombreuses places de parking, wc séparé de la salle de baim, seul le petit déjeuner un peu cher pour les prestations

Chambre hyper mega vielle, lit pas confortable du tout et nettoyage très décevant. Receptionniste du nuit (mr) il étais super!!! Mais la fille du matin aussi détectable avec mauvaise humour.

Hôtel très vieillissant. Odeur d’hôpital dans les couloirs et surtout chambres infestée de fourmis. Ma 1ere chambre étant infestée on m’en donne une 2ème, au réveil lit avec plusieurs fourmis dessus. Cela dit le personnel est très compétent et à l’écoute. Malheureusement je n’y mettais plus les pieds. Sauf au ibis budget qui était top et pas de problème d’insectes envahissant
