Staff is very friendly. Great breakfast with options. Only thing that could have improved is consistent availability of hot water.

Very nice hotel, stylish and well located. Nice rooms with very comfortable bed. Excellent value, especially with an excellent free breakfast (though the breakfast restaurant was a bit crowded at the more popular times). All the staff were friendly and very helpful. The on-site underground parking was welcome but quite tight to get in and out of.

Good location near Metro and helpful receptionist. Rooms are small and cleaning got missed. Breakfast ok but staff disinterested.

The hotel is for a low budget so I did not expect much before my arrival. The pros are that it has friendly staff and next to it there is a supermarket with some restaurants nearby. The cons are that breakfast is very basic, the location is far from the center and there is no kettle in the room.

It was an okay hotel. No place to park while checking in…access from parking garage to hotel was a little sketchy and check in was very slow.

The hotel room did not have a safe. Nor did the front desk have a safe. The bathroom did not have washcloths. You only get a bottle of water the 1st day you arrive. The hotel was unable to exchange money. There is no maintenance staff on site in the evening. I had locked my luggage lock in my suitcase. The front desk had no tools on hand to try to open the suitcase. They did though offer us a paperclip to try to open it. We had to wait until the next day for a maintenance person. Housekeeping is only available till 2:00pm. Therefore if you sleep in late your room will not be cleaned. The ONLY pleasant person was the lady who cleaned our room. A tall brown-skinned African woman. Unfortunately she was not working the day we left on Tuesday October 8th. If so, I would have tipped her.

Convenient location close to public transit, 20 mins into everything in center of Paris. Tons of shopping & restaurant options. Very good breakfast.

I stayed one night to attend the cinema Le Méliès celebrating its 1 millionth spectator. Hotel location is excellent, just around the corner from Le Méliès, a shopping center, many small shops and restaurants, the attractive city hall, buses, and metro. Hotel is very attractive, modern, in good condition. My room was very nice. There was a small table and two chairs for eating, a comfortable double bed, a closet with iron and ironing board, nice bathroom. Breakfast was good. Everything very clean. Special mention of staff Mr. Sid-Ali who kindly gave me information about Georges Méliès and early French cinema, showing me hotel decorations about Méliès, also about Montreuil. If in Montreuil again, I certainly would stay in this hotel.

It's close to the metro, my key was ready to go when I walked through the door even though I had only reserved the room about 45min earlier. The bed was comfortable and the room was convenient. Don't expect anything lavish. Everything is on the cheaper side but everything is new and clean.

Nice enough hotel in a fairly convenient location. The room was small, but clean and convenient. Parking is a pain since you can't just get in and out. You have to park the car outside, go get the remote for the parking gate, then park and return the remote to the front desk. For leaving the parking structure, you get to repeat the same process. Also, there were some local idiotic youths yelling in the street under my window for half of the night.

Nice hotel. The shower was not always hot though......

They received us at 13h30 as we had no place else to go. The whole time was agreeable.
