InterContinental Hotels PARIS - LE GRAND by IHG, an IHG Hotel

I truly enjoyed my stay at InterContinental Le Grand Paris. The experience was exceptional from start to finish. The front desk staff, especially those who spoke Arabic, were incredibly humble, professional, and extremely helpful, making me feel very welcomed and cared for. This hotel perfectly meets all my needs, from its outstanding service to its beautiful atmosphere. As long as InterContinental Le Grand continues to offer this level of quality and comfort, I simply cannot imagine choosing another hotel when visiting Paris. Highly recommended!

Fabulous hotel

Great location and a historical part of town.

Everyone was wonderful! I highly recommend. I was late for breakfast bc I had jet lag, and they helped me still have a lovely breakfast. They were an absolute gem!

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Bed was super comfy! Felt like you were sleeping on a cloud, pillows so soft. Amenities were great. Good food selection at breakfast. Thoroughly enjoyed our 2day stay

Spacious, clean room, great food, helpful staff, beautiful hotel, walkable. Would stay here again, highly recommended. OK, pricey but worth it.

Check-in and checkout was terrible. Otherwise hotel facilities and restaurants are very good.

Different options to dine at.

Great location. Below the Intercontinental standard your used to other places due to age and size of hotel rooms and, unfortunately, inattentive staff. Multiple requests went long periods infilled with follow up reminders needed. Restaurant staff comes off rude and breakfast is borderline not worth eating, even if free, because you’re missing so many options outside for what amounts to a lazy average spread. One water bottle a day in an area where it’s impossible to find bottled water for sake is absurd. If you pay upwards of $700-2000/night you should expect endless water. Location is everything. History here is nice. If this hotel and staff were anywhere else it would be a pass.

Below average .. location is good but the service is so late .. not answering the phone despite many attempts during different times .. this is hard especially when traveling with kids .. there is no sink in my toilet .. you have to walk across the room for the sink and shower .. booked for my 3 daughter an extra bed and paid for it .. I called 5 times asking for it but didn’t get the bed
