These apartments are of a very high standard, well finished and extremely well maintained. The staff were very helpful and we particularly appreciated their flexibility in supporting our stay.

Beautiful and very calm nice place near Ajaccio and porticcio

Overall , we had a comfortable stay . The hotel staff were friendly . In fact , Gregory went out of his way and even dropped us at a nearby restaurant. Rooms were comfortable. The biggest drawback , if at all , is that one needs to have a vehicle as it is far away from the nearest town Porticcio ( 16 Euro by taxi one way ) which has a beach and ferry tours . Likewise, Ajacio is 55 Euros by taxi one way unless one takes a ferry from Porticcio. The other problem is the very poor connectivity of local transport . Hence one is dependent fully on taxi tours .

Lovely hotel, very clean and the staff were extremely helpful. Hotel was really well located and easy to get to a range of local activities.

Great relaxing atmosphere in splendid surroundings

I wanted to give my american wife a great Corsican experience so location, view and calm were important. This hotel did not disappoint: awesome view on the Golfe d'Ajaccio and the Iles Sanguinaires, beautiful sunsets from the room, gorgeous and delicious breakfasts from the terrasse of the main building, quietness (far from the main road), walking distance from the seashore, free and easy parking (important if you want to explore Corsica during your stay) and super friendly staff.

Nice hotel, pool and view. Quite noisy though, as you hear a lot guests and staff in the morning. You absolutely need a car to move around

Our apartment was very quiet and comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchenette and a large balcony with a splendid view across the bay to Ajaccio. The pool was a short walk away, large and very clean, with plenty of patio space to stretch out and sunbathe... with the pool in the sun from 9 am until the evening. Various resdient cats and tortoises, plus an ever wagging Labrador, further contributed to a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. And a long sandy beach was just a short downhill walk away.

We consider ourselves lucky to have found this hotel and that there was room for my wife and me at relatively short notice in mid-June (2013). The price was excellent and the setting was terrific with a lovely view, beautifully clean swimming pool with nice, and plentiful, furniture. The owners were charming, helpful and straightforward in their dealings - an altogether well run business. We were looking for somewhere special to celebrate a birthday and this offered everything we could have wished for. We had Room 4 with had a peekaboo view of the sea (Rooms 1, 2 and 3 had full views). We enjoyed the location with its proximity to a variety of restaurants and beach bars. Quite a haul into Ajaccio (10-15 kms) which was okay with me. It was quiet and perfectly situated for all day sun and sunsets. The breakfast was all we could have wanted and kept us going all day. Getting to this hotel wasn't as difficult as we expected - consistent with the hotel's efficient manner, there are striking pale blue signs along the roads clearly indicating the Kalliste Hotel. There was no A/C in our room but the fan helped - I don't remember this being a problem. I highly recommend this hotel for discerning travelers who want a touch of local flavour without the trimmings, and expense, of a higher end, luxury, beachfront hotel.

This hotel exceed all expectations. The couple who own the hotel are amazing; really made the experience wonderful. We stayed in the two bedroom apartment which is brand new with an exceptional view. The pool is very clean and the breakfast was worth every penny.

Très belle résidence et prestations haut de gamme avec tout le confort attendu et même davantage. La vue sur la baie est époustouflante, même pour les habitués ! Cet appart-hôtel est parfait pour les personnes souhaitant bénéficier de plus d'autonomie que dans un hôtel classique. La situation est parfaite : belle plage d'Agosta à 20 mn à pied + supérette, pharmacie, bazar et restaurants. L'accueil est chaleureux et convivial. Tout est parfait, n'hésitez pas à réserver en direct.
