Meliá Paris la Défense

Único: nada Malo: el l mantenimiento … no había toallas en el gimnasio a las 6 pm, no me quiero imaginar más tarde o en la madrugada (ya que esta abierto las 24 horas). Los mismos aparatos viejos de hace años (hace 8-9 años que me hospedo aquí casi cada año)… uno de ellos sin funcionar (como siempre). El servicio de limpieza a la habitación muy malo… tuve que bajar a la administración para quejarme que me salí de la habitación a las 10:30 y puse el signo para que la limpiaran y a las 3 pm que regresé, no estaba hecha, por lo que le solicité a la persona de limpieza que estaba muy cerca, que viniera a hacerla y no quiso, a menos que yo me saliera de la habitación, lo cual no acepté ya que afuera hacía un calor insoportable y además tenía que hacer cosas y anotaciones personales. Después de mi queja, si llego la misma persona mal encarada y de muy mala gana hizo su trabajo, asotando los muebles y chocando la aspiradora en todos lados. Varios mosaicos del piso de la regadera estaban rotos y la repisa para poner cosas estaba muy floja y por lo tanto, desnivelada, por lo que, nada se mantenía ahí. Totalmente decepcionado del que era mi hotel favorito en Paris

The room was great, amazing set up and very comfortable bed. Loved the Level lounge access, was very convenient for a quick breakfast/drink. Location can't be beat either for accessing Paris.

We booked the executive room with view of the Eiffel Tower. So- great view! I had coffee by the window looking over Paris. Exactly what I wanted. I wasn’t sure about the lounge access as others said it was crowded. It was really nice. We did not go up to floor 1 for the buffet. Breakfast was also served in the lounge. A good amount of choices. The snacks were also nice. As well as the tapas were enough to eat if you didn’t plan on dinner later. Always nice to have a glass of wine, beer or soda anytime. The metro is steps away and very easy to navigate.

Our stay was amazing. Rebecca at the concierge took great care of us. The metro is just outside the hotel so you can get anywhere in the city and back very easily. Highly recommend

The hotel location was outside of Paris but it was steps away from the Metro station which made it super easy to get around Paris. The room was very nice and spacious. The staff was great in person but every time we tried to call the front desk from our room, no one answered the phone. It was annoying because we would have to physically go downstairs to talk to them. That is our biggest complaint otherwise the stay there was wonderful.

The food was very good, good ubication to take trains.

Ok No Eiffel Tower view as said ‘

I’ve stayed in Melia hotels previously and have been impressed, so it was extremely disappointing to have this experience here: Screws visible and masking tape on the wall next to the toilet (I think a phone used to be here), carpet and bathroom walls not clean, privacy blind/curtain missing from half of the window (only 1 of 2 was there), reading/bed light on one side didn’t work and the other side the light was barely attached to the wall.

We had a great stay at the Melia. However there are some issues I would like to address. The ceiling/ wall in the bathroom had plaster and wall paper that was falling apart. I took pictures and addressed it with the staff and was informed by Jemmina that the hotel was fully booked and that she would send a person to repair it, but the person never came nor were we compensated for this inconvenience. Day 2 we came into the room to found clean folded towels on the bathroom floor, and I had to request fresh ones. The doorman at the rooftop lounge was extremely rude, but the bartender remembered me from earlier in the day and was more than accommodating. Other than those issues, the frontdesk staff was very friendly and they also sent a sweet treat and handwritten note to celebrate my niece's birthday.

Excellent location and top notch experience all around.

Clean room on arrival and cleaned everyday. The complimentary waters were a lovely touch! Everyone friendly and happy to help.
