Pullman Paris Tour Eiffel

Hotel was fabulous and stylish .. staff were lovely … lovely choice of breakfast .. ideally located for Eiffel Tower, metro, bateaux bus with restaurants within walking distance

The best thing about this hotel is its location, there is a metro station down the street, and the Eiffel Tower is a couple of blocks away. other than that my stay was average. i was asked if i wanted to pay for early check-in, i said yes, i was sent an email that stated that was approved and when i got to the hotel i was told, that i didn't really have approved early check in. but then i was told that i was able to have early check in as the room was ready, but i wasn't going to be charged for it. we got in and the bed wasn't twins like they were supposed to be and the shower drain is in pieces. they came up to fix the bed issue but took two days to fix the shower issue, we used it any way. the tissue box was empty, it took them two days to replace that. the room was not pleasant, it looks like a prison, every thing is grey, floors, wall, doors, and the hall way carpet is old and grimey, the first floor is the only nice floor, the staff was pleasant, except for my first encounter, and the food was good. and the housekeeping just barge into the room, they might knock but to not give you time to get to the door, and just walk right in. it is very unnerving. a lot of nothing for the money.

It is no customer service and not even an international universal outlet for laptop computer. Customer's service phone number is either cut off or nobody pick up the phone. Very poor customer service.

The view of the Eiffel Tower from my room was incredible.

Within walking distance of the Eiffel Tower and some fantastic restaurants and bars. Rooms are old and had previously been flooded looked in need of repair , was extremely noisy all night . Very expensive !! €880 for One night. €65 back to the airport on fixed rate.

The hotel is old and you barely see eiffel tower with the reservation for a high floor room with tower view. Go somewhere else. Shower door was leaking water everywhere, no body wash in container, toilet paper in the toilet (not flushed when we checked in). Housekeeper enter the room at 9am without even knocking at the door.

A nice point to stay at while in Paris. Very close to the Eiffel Tower and on the banks of the River Seine. The rooms were very nice and clean, well appointed. The “Flame” restaurant was wonderful and the patio are a nice setting for a couple to enjoy a meal.

The cleaning staff took EVERY towel and did not replace them. Was unable to get the room phone to work so had to go down to the check in desks. After waiting for 30 minutes to get help was told that it would take 20 minutes to get replacements.

Strong smell of sewage throughout Hotel.. 650 euros a night is extremely overpriced for condition of this hotel.

Amazing rooms, super spacious!! Great staff, 2 mins walk distance from the tower, its amazing!!! Totally recomend and planning to comeback!! We loved it!!!

We enjoyed visiting Paris because our stay at the Pullman was wonderful. The staff from when we checked in to when we checked out was fantastic. The staff was exceptional. We will stay at Pullman on our next visit to Paris.

This was our first time in Paris. Great view from hotel. Only had 2 days but the area was easily accessible. Took the TOOT bus tour and boat ride. Loved that we could do some much in 2 days. Burger place

There was a young man at the front desk was super rude and impolite, can’t believe he just ignored me and not answered me when I was asking him for help, he was purposely pretended talking to other staff besides him , he even walked away from me, unbelievable!
