A well located, clean, spacious room with a good bathroom and all the necessary amenities as advertised. The receptionist, Ana, is superb and attended to any request with efficiency and a smile. Right next to the shopping area and the cathedral, this aparthotel is suitable for short and long term stays and is pet friendly. I would definitely stay here again. Great value.

Wonderful quiet peaceful place the hydro in the kitchenette was not working so I could not use it but the bed was very comfy and the location wonderful . I would stay again anytime

This is an impeccable, beautifully constructed hotel. The clean, all-white room and furnishings offer a kitchenette with all the tableware and cooking utensils one would need. Everything is new. Appliances include cooking surface, microwave, and frig.
The bed is very comfortable with down pillows and duvet. I arrived after the office closed on a Saturday, so the manager sent me an email with a code to access the room key from a lockbox. Be aware that there's a small fee for wi-Fi and should you arrive when the office is closed and you have not requested wi-Fi, there's no way to get it.
The location is excellent, in the shadow of the cathedral.

I really liked this place. The room was clean, basic, one person, large bed. What really makes this place worthwhile is the location. All sorts of beautiful pedestrian streets lined with shops are a few steps away. The big cathedral is very close, abd is truly beautiful inside. I visited in July, and there were live bands and even an all male choir performing in various spots. Lots of good food, very pretty, and close to the river. If you want African or Moraccan food, go across the river to the neighbourhood around the train station.

Superbly located within the old city’s medieval walls. Our room even had a view to the spires of the cathedral a hundred meters away. Easy walking access from paying underground parking and to everywhere in the old city. Well-appointed studio, though not fully handicap-accessible (4 steps to studio front door). Friendly welcome.

When I arrived, after the reception had closed, I was left waiting for someone to answer the phone on the pavement for quite a while, without any message saying i was in a queue, or that the caller knew i was waiting, which made it very stressful at that time of night.
The accommodation, although advertised as sound proof, was actually very noisy.
The fittings were a little dated, with bubbled up splash back in the kitchenette.
Very central in a perfect location.
Helpful staff at the reception.

Please be aware that this apartment is not air conditioned and it is very warm, very warm indeed during the hot weather. Opening the window does not help and the little plug in fan unit in the apartment does nothing to alleviate the heat. Also, the wifi was annoying as it was in and out and required entering the password over and over again.

We arrived after hours which was fine because they have a good system for this. However, we did not get the room we booked and had no one to talk to because there was no staff. Air conditioning did not work at all and the room was really hot! No hand towels or face cloths in bathroom, or even a proper towel rack or shelf. Not even a garbage can in the rom expect in the bathroom. We left prior to check out so we had no one to discuss our issues with. Very disappointing stay.
