Unfortunately our 3 nights stay was a nightmare! No hot water, cold shower during 3 days. No restful sleep because of a bad smell in the shower and water dripping from the light on the ceiling (talk about safety there!).
All in all we left this hotel discouraged and tired.
I will not recommend it until they fix all their issues.

Nice hotel spa only glitch was that the air conditioner blows right down on the one closest to it on the bed, no matter how you adjust it. Love St Raphael wish we could have stayed longer.

unfortunately the air conditioning did not work for two nights. apart from that, it is an excellent hotel. very peaceful. excellent mattress. grout on the floor needs a clean. providing guests with beach towels would be good. breakfast was excellent. size of fridge was excellent

We’ve stayed here 3 times now. The staff are very helpful and friendly and the location is excellent for the beach and the station. However the room wasn’t as nice this year, the reduced height in the quad room from sloping ceiling makes the room feel cramped and the aircon is not efficient. Unfortunately the safe in our room didn’t work and the staff weren’t able to resolve. I would consider staying again but not in a quad room.

A small hotel that is clean, comfortable , functional and well located.
Really good service from the reception/breakfast staff.
However, this is 3 - 3.5 star not a 4 star hotel. Rooms are pretty cramped, there are not really any of the additional touches you get with a 4 star. Breakfast is fresh but limited in its variety.
It worked well for me as I was travelling for business.
