I was impressed with this hotel and would recommend it. The single room was well appointed and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast (included in the price) was excellent with wide spread of choices. Help yourself. After a long flight to Berlin the hotel an hour north was an ideal stopping place.

A great place to stay for a quiet and relaxing experience, with the added benefit of a sauna. There is a nice selection of food options for lunch and dinner, and a wonderful buffet for breakfast.

The staff were amazing, polite, friendly and helpful. The hotel it’s self was stunning, all the facilities were perfect and the views were outstanding. I had an amazing stay and even though the construction was going on it didn’t interrupt anything. It was lovely and relaxing and I highly recommend.

Being remote there won’t be a lack of parking at this spa hotel. Large lobby, large rooms. The open bathroom corner - no doors as it’s really just a part of the room - delivered a bit of a mixed message. I liked the setup in general but the (open) shower was just inches away from carpeted floor which invariably results in moisture where none should be...
The overall setup was comfortable however and in good condition. WiFi and TV did what they’re supposed to. Oh, and the breakfast was superior. Would gladly stay again.

Man merkt leider sehr deutlich, dass Personalnotstand herrscht. Wenn man zufällig jemanden gesehen hat, war dies Glückssache, ob motiviert und super nett oder völlig lustlos und muffelig.
Die Betten waren mir viel zu hart, die Dusche / Nasszelle war für mich entsetzlich. An die Wand gequetscht duschen, damit das Bad nicht schwimmt und Dusche und Toilette durch Glas vom Zimmer getrennt, zwar mit Vorhängen versehen, aber überhaupt nicht mein Geschmack.
Die Sauna war toll, das Schwimmbad auch aber kein Zugang zum See und einen tollen Blick zum See gibt es auch nicht.
Das Frühstück war super klasse.
Für mich wird es keinen zweiten Besuch geben.

En rigtig dejlig seng i rolige omgivelser og en god overnatning med fantastisk morgenmad. Ankom sent pga arbejde kl. 02 - og jeg kunne alligevel tjekke ind. SUPER. Jeg Nåede desværre ingen sauna eller pool denne gang - det bliver næste gang.

Der Empfang durch die Mitarbeiter war sehr freundlich und informativ. Das Zimmer war farblich sehr ansprechend eingerichtet und sauber. Das Bett war gut gepolstert, was für einen angenehmen Schlaf sorgte. Das Abendessen war lecker. Auch das Frühstück ist positiv zu erwähnen.
