Most of the reception staff were not interested in my stay /well-being. Some of the catering staff were pleasant The domestic (chap tidying my room) was always pleasant Certainly the worst HbyH I have stayed in. Could do with upgrading

Very nice hotel, modern and clean with very nice decor. Bed was very comfortable and room was spacious (had booked an accessible room). Bathroom didn't have a shower seat included, not a huge issue for us but may be for some travellers. Despite having a room at the front, couldn't hear passing trains or traffic at all, which was great.

We stayed for a week and enjoyed the hotel. It offers great breakfast, attractive neighborhood, good parking garage (considering center city Berlin) and decent sized rooms. Unfortunately, the Internet connection was way too slow (seriously…), rooms don’t have fridges and the fitness center is just ok.

The bed was very hard and the springs noisy. Every time you moved it creaked. The sliding glass door to the bathroom clinked and the bathroom light was so bright, it lit up the room during the night. We were 3 adults and it was very tight, glad we were only staying 1 night. Breakfast was good.
