Even with a little issus with HOTEL.COM payment issus with Holiday Inn clerk, she let me have the room.... Next morning everything was fixed...Very Helpful Clerk.

2 night stay whilst exploring Baden Baden. Good location on the outskirts of Karlsruhe close to the highway, quick drive to Baden Baden. Easy parking. Very clean and new feel hotel, helpful staff.

Ok hotel but not one I'd go back to. The parking even though advertised as free, in fact it is €9 per overnight stay.
Additionally, no restaurant for dinner service was available and we walked into the town centre 15mins to get to nearest place. We use HI multiple times for our stay and this did not meet the usual standards. The rooms are very small for the price one pays.
