The location was quiet and a short walk to the main sightseeing attractions. The hotel was very clean and the staff were very friendly. Not much to fault.

It's a great place if you're gonna stay a few days, the breakfast is great 👍 and the rooms too. Definitely I'd choose it again. If you have a lot of luggage, I'd strongly recommend go there through bus, if you take the S-Bahn there'll be a lot of stairs

Cold especially the bar. Limited drink selection. No parking. Difficult to find paring locally unless you know the area. Constantly going to parking meter to top up. Room not being cleaned during stay.

Although the hotel is not city center, two bus stations are within a three minute walk of the hotel. The hotel is clean and modern and the breakfast buffet was plentiful. if you do not choose to partake in the breakfast at the hotel, there are small bakeries nearby.
The rooms were comparable to most chain hotels in Europe and the added water in the fridge was a bonus.
I would stay again.

Location okay, but not close enough to the center to walk, about 10 euro cab ride. Staff could be nice especially in the coffee shop which also is the restaurant if you are not part of a larger group. Room alright although bathrooms not made very functional.

We stayed at the hotel with a 9 month old baby- the cot provided was good. Traditional wooden cot with mattress. Staff were helpful when accommodating sterilising of bottles. Nice lady in cafe gave my son a free teddy- a nice gesture. Would recommend and stay again.

The hotel is a very good choice for any business travel to Hamburg. My colleagues and me all really appreciated the comfort and location in regards to the proximity to the Hamburg conference center. The rooms are in good condition and kept very clean. However, it was a shame that the breakfast staff that greeted us to assign a table was largely unfriendly and the staff clearing the area was very slow when it came to clearing plates and offering coffee.
I would stay again, but I wouldn't include the breakfast.
