This hotel is in the perfect location for catching the U bahn for your daily sightseeing trips with a station about a 5 minute walk away. The nearby cafe's and restaurants offer a good variety of food. The hotel is well maintained with a large staff to keep ypur room clean. Also, the Berlin Central Station is a 10 minute uber drive to make your connection to BER airport. 24 hour reception is a plus.

Hotel location was not that great but not a bad one either. I like to stay in locations where the action is. This is not the hotel if that is what you are looking for. Had to take the subway to get to everything. I did not care for the neighbourhood either. When I arrived, I was very confused about how to get into the hotel. And the room numbers don't match the floor you are on. Frankly speaking, this made it difficult to find my room for the first few days. Not a great set up.

This is our second time staying at this hotel. Close to an underground station. Room was spacious. Excellent choice of food and drinks at breakfast time. Good choice of restaurants near by. Supermarket underneath the hotel

Hotel was fine, nice friendly staff, clean as it should be. Glad I added the breakfast on top of my reservation, amazing selection to choose from and set me up perfectly for the day exploring the city. It's got some lovely restaurants nearby, each one doing something different. I wouldn't say it's the best hotel as a base camp if you're the exploring type, I used an E-scooter as my means of transportation as it offered you the ability to get to the city centre more directly, whereas public transportation requires you to get on and off at various places which can be quite a pain if German isn't your native language.

I had a very poor experience with check in. I will not elaborate but it took 1 hour, after my arrival at 11pm. The following morning I went to Reception and the member of staff had not recorded the incidents. I made a verbal complaint but no one ever got back to me in the remaining 4 days I was there.

Difficult to find front of the hotel, it looked like a side entrance for staff. Difficult to access the lobby. Had to take elevator to 2nd floor, no one to help carry suitcases up to lobby or our rooms. Area was questionable, not very clean.Room was clean, although air conditioning really did not cool the room Opened windows for cooler air. No comfortable lobby to hang out in at night. Area where there were booths to sit, which was located near the bar, we were told we had to buy something or leave. I would not recommend this hotel.

Hotel location was not that great but not a bad one either. I like to stay in locations where the action is. This is not the hotel if that is what you are looking for.
