Great place for last minute stay

Friendly and helpful staff. Made stay very pleasant

The staff was so accommodating and made us feel so very welcome during our stay. Our room was impeccable and absolutely clean, the hotel itself is in such a convenient location. I loved every moment of our stay.

Room was a bit small for 3.

It was a good stay, they arranged for a cake and balloon to be in the room when we arrived as it was my husbands birthday which is very kind. The room was clean. The access to filtered water downstairs was really good and the small children’s play area was a plus. The hotel could do with a bit of a renovation but generally in good order. The staff were generally very welcoming and helpful apart from a woman called Luisa. She checked us in and from the get go, she wasn’t very welcoming which is fine but it was when we asked her a couple of questions about getting a taxi from the city centre and about public transport that she truly showed her dislike towards us. She was most unhelpful and we were made to feel a bit stupid to be honest.

Lovely clean comfy room. Easy 30 min walk along the river to the hotel from central station. I slept so well, I didn't have time to have the included breakfast. Staff on reception at check in very welcoming and I was able to check in a little early which was great.

Room was clean but so small for 2 adult + 2 child. Hotel did not put baby cot desoite requesting one.there were no amenitşes in the room for any of us , including the baby. We had to requested from reception.

Not enough pillows

The gym was a bit poor. The rest was excellent especially for a family of 2 daughters like us

We only needed a bed for the night as we were attending a concert. The bed was large, clean and very comfortable. The staff was very accommodating. We needed a taxi to get to the venue and they had one for us within 3 minutes. Fresh water, still or sparkling on demand at the front entrance. Shower snd restroom were cleaned and well stocked. The AC wotked great. We were comfortable all night. Fresh nespresso or tea in the AM. Would definitely stay there again

Everything was good, breakfast and room was fine. Service at Bar & Restaurant was perfect and your waitress were kind and helpful! Garafe was good and easy to access. All the best!!

The reception staff were friendly and professional, reception areas very nice. The room was very clean and modern, well paid d out. Would have given 5 stars but the pillows were t good and the bed was a bit firm for me.

Everything was perfect

Room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent and well staffed, meaning items were refilled quickly and efficiently. Location was perfect for us as a family - we came for the Christmas markets and the train car taking you around the four main ones was a few minute walk!

Room was very small for 4 people. A/C made noise but didn’t actually cool the stuffy room, therefore, opened window which was on the main busy road which was not ideal. Great parking garage well lit, clean and secure.

The rooms were very clean and the staff very professional

The room was neat and clean and location is about 26 min walk to the Cathedral square. However, the available self parking was a bit expensive for 21 Euro for a night, especially this is not mention in the booking that the self-parking has an extra charge. But overall stay was great.
