Our family of 9 enjoyed our stay at Forum Suites this summer! The property is well maintained with a lot of privacy between all the rooms. The rooms are large with all amenities and very comfortable beds. Everyone who works there was great and you could see they take an active interest in ensuring their guests have everything they need and enjoy their stay. The only opportunity for improvement is the breakfast buffet - although it very fresh - it could use a few more options from day to day. I would certainly recommend this place and we would love to come back!

Our family of 9 enjoyed our stay at Forum Suites this summer! The property is well maintained with a lot of privacy between all the rooms. The rooms are large with all amenities and very comfortable beds. If you are looking for a hotel on the beach, this is not. The beach is across the street, mostly hidden by trees, bushes and flowers. Sophia at the morning buffet was delightful. She always greeted you with a smile. Very disappointed with views that I was expecting .

Very clean and looks all new. This is pritty high end resort. Also, food is excellent and well presented. The beach is accross the road, but very close. The beach is managed by not so high level company. We went to other beaches.

Modern hotel, well built and well maintained. Our room (Garden View studio, number 213) seemed to be one of the best in the hotel, because it had a shady and private balcony with nice greenery - some of the other rooms seemed much less private. The room itself was well designed and furnished - very clean and pleasant. While there is a beach opposite the hotel, there is a much nicer beach about 8 minutes walk to the west. There is a bus at the door to take you the short distance into Chania old town, which is lovely.
Really the only downside was the fact that the hotel imposed charges for things that ought to have been included in the room rate - 10 Euros for use of the safe in the room!! and an extra charge for pool towels! This just seemed mean and very poor policy.

This is my second visit to the Forum Suites, it was great to see that they had continued to refurbish the rooms. Additionally, the staff are always so friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble. Booking taxi's, tickets for the bus and recommending local restaurants.

Good location virtually opposite a beach and easy walking distance to other nice beaches. A bus also stops right outside the door and can take you into Chania Old Town in about 15 minutes. Our room was nice and spacious with a large balcony. Not sure too many other rooms had the large balcony. Mini mart on site to get supplies if you need them

We had a very pleasant stay at the Forum Suites, the room was a one bedroom apartment with a small kitchen area that included dishes and a small refrigerator though not a microwave. The breakfast was very good with a variety of foods, the pool area was very nice, and the location was great right across the street from a beautiful beach, and the bus stop was at the front door you could even get your tickets at the front desk. Christina was very helpful, which we appreciated very much!

Very nice and very clean rooms. Nice location, in front of a beach and close to some nice taverns, although it is not very easy to find a parking. The stuff was not particularly friendly, apart from the lovely cleaning lady.

The stay was amazing, staff are very friendly and accommodating! Next to the beach with beautiful weather! Made friends with the apartments cats (there are 4 of them ☺). Great food and everything is clean, they left a bottle of wine and a sweet birthday message decorated with balllons for my brothers birthday and we needed late checkout and this was done very promptly, basically its been perfect! Would recommend Forum Suites to everyone!

The reception staff is very nice. The property looks nice and is a great location. The beach near the property is very nice. The cleaning staff does a great job. The room and any area we went to always looked well maintained and clean. The room was nice. The only problem we really had was that there is absolutely no sound barrier between your room and the other rooms. We could hear the people over us and to each side of us very well. So it was hard to sleep especially since there were children next to us. Also, there are no hooks in the bathroom or next to the sink to hang towels or clothes on. That would have been nice.

We loved our stay at Forum Suites. The hotel and room was really nice and seemed brand new. Excellent location just across the road from the beach and the #21 bus stops outside the hotel to get you straight into town. Highly recommended.

Overpriced small hotel. The location was OK given the proximity to a great beach. The major problem is that the hotel is understaffed and things move slowly. Breakfast is at best mediocre and at pick times there is a high probability you wait for certain items.
