lovely apartment , extremely clean, cleaning and bed, towel change every other day. georgina great host , nothing too much trouble, Could benefit from atoaster in the room , there was a grill of sorts but didn't toast very well

Booked this late as we wanted to be fairly close to Chania for the trip back to London after a week at other hotels on east Crete. Outside of the building looked fine. Recently painted. Pool looked more glamorous in the pictures than real life but we did not use it. Room was functional, we were only there one night so did not use any cooking facilities and ate out across the road (big mistake). Fridge could have done with a good clean but no mold. Sofa was really grotty where the arms had clearly seen some food spillage. Not very comfortable either. Beds looked OK - pillows had fresh covers on them but the pillows themselves were all lumpy and stained with what we assumed was sweat. Needless to say we did not use these and rolled up a jumper. We reported the issues to Georgina the following morning and she said she would get them cleaned. You can understand some of the issues at the end of the season but this was early April. The pillows were beyond the cleaning stage No one on site after 6pm so as we arrived at 5:30 we did not get a chance to report the issues the arrival night and to be fair Georgina may have resolved some of them. Other hotels/apartments in the area were of the same standard so on par with the area. East side of Crete seems better standard with some good details available for not much more money.

Apartment was clean and huge! Right next to the beach. Georgina is such a lovely lady. Very helpful! Loved the apartment and the location.

I had a Really good stay at Georgina Hotel. Georgina herself is very sweet and helpful. The location is right at the Beach and great shopping and restaurants near-by.

Georgina è gentilissima, sempre contattabile e disponibile. Co ha consentito di effettuare il check in alle 2 di notte a causa di un ritardo nei voli e, a fine soggiorno, ci ha fatto un piccolo omaggio di olio di oliva dei propri olivi. La struttura è pulita, ben climatizzata, e si trova accanto al bagno Gorgona, che dalle 8 a notte inoltrata si può fare colazione, pranzare, cenare e fare il bagno in un'acqua molto bella.

Fantastisk beliggenhet, rent og fint rom, utrolig bra service og de ansatte var veldig snille og hyggelige.

Man får det man betalar för men ägaren var väldig snäll och hjälpsam

Nice hotel close to the beach and a very nice and helpful landlady

Rent og pænt overalt, veludstyret lejlighed med kort afstand til strand og udsigt til havet. Det er ikke 5-stjernet luksus, men her er det, man har brug for. Georgina er den perfekte værtinde og yder sit bedste for gæsterne. Eneste minus er lys/lyd fra minigolf-/legeområde på nabogrunden.

Läget var utmärkt kan inte bli bättre. Lägenheten var fin men det var varierande om det fanns varmvatten eller inte och för liten dusch Vilket innebar att det blev vatten över hela golvet Ägarinnan var super trevlig och väldigt hjälpsam och försökte alltid att göra så det blev bra för oss men hon hade lite speciella regler, hon gav förmaningar som att hon pratade till småbarn inte till vuxna människor. Vi kommer absolut att resa tillbaka till detta fina hotell, trots de små skavanker vi upplevde så var det en fantastisk resa

Mukava pienehkö hotelli todella hyvällä sijainnilla. Henkilökunta superupeata ja siisteys tosi hyvä. Huoneiden varustelu hieman niukkaa, mutta kuitenkin välttämättömät tavarat löytyi. Erinomainen hinta-laatu suhde. Palaamme varmasti uudelleen.

Very happy with everything at the stay.

Fantastiskt läge och mycket trevlig ägare. Fin utsikt mot havet och gratis avskild parkering. AC och kassaskåp ingår också gratis.

Georgina er en sød og imødekommende værtinde, som øjeblikkeligt fik os til at føle os hjemme. Der var utroligt rent på hele hotelområdet samt i lejlighederne, som var veludstyrede og havde altan med havudsigt. Pefekt beliggenhed direkte ved stranden og med indkøbs-/spisemuligheder i kort afstand. Hotellet er meget anbefalelsesværdigt, medmindre man ønsker samme faciliteter som på et 5-stjernet resort. Vi vender helt sikkert tilbage.
