Guests must contact the property in advance for check-in instructions. The front desk is staffed during limited hours. Private pools in Kallisti, Anhydrous, Amorgos, Anafi, Astypalea and Chalki room types are heated from September 15 to June 15. Private pools in all other room types are not heated year-round.
