The hotel is in a nice location. near the sea, walk one direction along the seafront for lovely empty beaches, the other direction for to the old town and tourist beaches with wifi.
Easy to get to by bus from the airport. (OK I had a pre-microsoft Nokia N8 with GPS with me, so that helped, but would have been OK with printed maps).
My room was a little shabby, and the shower flooded the floor in the bathroom which didn't drain properly. And it was badly placed for the sun. However, for what I paid I was well happy. Had I paid the full whack for it, then I would not have been. But presumably, the cheap deals are offered on the lower quality rooms.

We choosed room with double bed but they gave us with three singe beds, near to the buffet. After our coplains they gave us a room with two singles in the second floor.
In the bathroom there was rast in the mixers
and i had the feeling that it wasn't clean. They wrote to the towels the name of the hotel with marker. Tiny shower. The balcony wasn't clean there was dust everywhere. In the roof top the glasses wasn't clean so we can't see the view. They clean the rooms every three days. So the fourth day we made check out and after they cleaned.
We request for late check out when we made the check in, the day before check out, and in the last morning. The check out was at 11:00 o clock and we had there answer in 10:15 of the check out day.

Noisy. Due mostly to students summer holidays. Good position to beach & Rhodes town. Shower small so impossible to keep bathroom floor dry.Breakfast was just average.

Booked a twin room with a/c. Room on 6th floor, elevator to door which was great. The room was so tiny we couldn’t walk in it, and the bed a small double pushed against the door. Decorated nicely. Small balcony, fine. Tiny awkward bathroom which remain wet during our stay. Air con did not function. Room stayed like a sauna and it was hot temps outside. Wouldn’t recommend and it wasn’t worth paying for. Pool area was full of silly teenagers larking about and swearing with no adult present. Outdoor areas need attention and maintaining

It’s an okay hotel, room was good but bathroom needs some updating the shower was tiny and little grubby. Apart from that nice hotel helpful staff. Had to pay for WiFi which then didn’t have the best connection either.

Been going to Rhodos for many years, and this year I took an offer at Parthenon Hotel. It had a great describtion about the place and great pictures.. Although when I got there it looked nothing like the picture, the double room I booked showed a double bed, which is why I booked it even though it was just me, But I arrived to two single beds put together.
The shower was broken, and the drain didn't work properly, so every time I showered, the whole bathroom was flooded. I made them aware, and they said they would take care of it, but never did. I know this hotel, and I know it has just been renovated, so I was suprised to find it in this shape.
The pool is at the backside and therefore there's not much sun, which for me is a minus, but at least it has a pool I guess..
My hotel door was having trouble locking as well, and I had to fight with it every time I left the hotel. The staff told me that I just had to be patient and pull the door harder..
At my balcony there was no view and the floor was always wet, so I wasn't spending much time there either.
The receptionist at night was always very friendly though and smiling, and at least none of my belongings were taken from my room. Compared to the price even if I got an offer, it was too much for this place and I must say I'm disappointed.

Our ferry was very late getting to Rhodes. We finally got to the hotel to learn that they had given our room away. To the hotel's credit, they did find us another room elsewhere, and paid for our cab fare.

this hotel is in a good location for the beach and only 15 mins walk to the old town. this hotel attracts quite a few younger holidaymakers. although it was not as bad as expected when i arrived i did hear people making noise early hours of the morning during my stay. if u value quiet probably not for you. Air con in the room smelt really bad when on so i kept it turned off which meant it got quite hot in room. i thought it was very poor to charge for wifi.

We just wanted somewhere to stay before catching the ferry to Santorini. I could not fault the service and although the room wasn't that big, it was fine for our requirements. We walked from the ferry to the hotel on our day of arrival. This is a family run hotel and the service was exceptional. Its only a quick walk to town and we had no issues with that as we are happy to walk. Would stay again.

Good hotel, good location, nice staff, clean comfy rooms. They opened the bar just for us as we arrived late and also cooked us a couple of pizzas even though the kitchen was closed! Also a 12pm checkout! Will stay again. Easy to find and about ten minutes drive from the airport.

The location is also literally a stone's throw away from the beach, and a 10 minute walk to Old Town Rhodes. The reception staff were genuinely welcoming, attentive and helpful with planning excursions. I also received a pleasant surprise when I walked in the room in the evening and found a complimentary bottle of wine on the table. It's small touches like these that made my stay memorable. The internet charge of EUR 3/= for 24 hours for access in the basement of the hotel itself was also great value - however, if I were to make one suggestion, it would be that the room where the computers are located should be air-conditioned or fan-cooled as it can get hot from the computers running.

For a 2 star rated hotel, the Parthenon is very comfortable & clean. The staff are exceptionally friendly & efficient & are always happy to help. The shower in the room is a litle small & water often covers the floor, however, the room service make a good job of cleaning the room each day. The hotel is also very well positioned for the bus so to & from th airport which is an added advantage.

I booked the hotel for a 1 night stay over before going to another Island. The hotel is very close to the beach & maybe a 10 minute walk to the resort centre. You can take a public bus from & to the airport & the hotel is a short walk from the bus stop. There was a fridge in my room & a large wall mounted TV. The hotel provides wifi at a cost of 3 Euros a day & if you don't have your own device, the hotel has an Internet Centre with PCs which you can use included in the 3 euro price. The staff at the hotel are exceptionally friendly & happy to help whenever they can. I travel a lot & was very impressed with the kind service offered at the hotel.
