Everything was perfect. Room was clean, staff really nice. We enjoyed drinks at the pool bar as well as lunch and breakfast. Can’t wait to go back

Really disappointing and small rooms, creaky bed, ridiculously small shower where the water ran hot and cold whilst on, ground floor room with a view out on to the street so unable to open the curtains for light. Thankfully only stayed the one day, wouldn’t have been able to manage any longer

The WiFi is the only complaint, it's worse in the room.

Close to beach, staffs were amazing, breakfast good bathroom could be better Room freeze was bit noisy

The hotel was a fantastic base for us to explore Santorini. It is worth knowing that the hotel is on the landing flight path so the noise of aircraft is loud.

The room was decent, but the bathroom was VERY SMALL. The room had AC and the transfer to/from the airport was nice and easy. The breakfast was pretty good. The location was perfect to walk to the beach and MANY restaurants.

Great location & has a Beautiful pool area / courtyard. Eleni at the front desk was phenomenal & provided excellent service. The rest of the staff, left much to be desired. However, after speaking with Eleni and then the manager George, things improved.

This is my fourth trip to Santorini and by far my favourite resort. The hotel is well presented, very clean with lovely staff. The only issue I had was my room had the bed on a mezzanine level and the bathroom was downstairs. I don't think all rooms are like that though. On the whole excellent hotel.

We had an accident. The front office staff and the manager were most supportive and helpful. Restaurant staff and others were clearly seen to be effective and hard working.

Check-in was fast and room conditions were good. Kamari is a wonderful quiet organized beach with plenty of restaurants, and the hotel is well located, just a few steps from the shoreline. Staff was very helpful in booking transportation to our next destination.

Excellent location ( 2 min from Kamari beach & 5 min from bus stop) / friendly staff helped me to surprise my partener with special roses in our anniversary / last day offered a hospitality room due to my late air flight

A hidden gem of a hotel, an oasis of tranquility yet a stone's throw from the sea and the promenade of bars and restaurants. The hotel staff were most professional and friendly. The rooms were generous in size and cleanliness was evident throughout the hotel. Visit Santorini, take a trip to the old volcano and chill out in this hotel's swimming pool!!

The hotel itself is wonderful - very pretty and an oasis of calm. I think it was full, but never gave the impression of being busy or crowded. It was a perfect place to relax. Staff really are superb - pleasant and friendly in a genuine manner. Only two downsides, the breakfast is not great (not much choice if you're staying more than a day or two) and our room was close to an unacceptable standard. We booked late so I assume we were given the last room which other guests had refused to stay in! Photos of their rooms on websites all look much better than our room - maybe it is the next on the list for a refurb, but some other online reviews do seem to tell a similar story. The room is only tidied, not cleaned, each day. I don't think our bins were emptied and there was a dead spider (or something else with legs) in the ice cube tray all week. The welcome pack mentioned a 'do not disturb' sign to hang on our door, but we never had one. Also, there were two dressing gowns at the beginning of the week but they both disappeared at different points. The pillows were awful. The upstairs shower fixture was the worst I think I've ever seen in a hotel - it looked as though it had been installed by me (i.e. totally incompetently) and there was no hot water at certain points during the day. The drawers in the cupboard did not fit so were unusable. However, we didn't spend much time in the room so I must stress that we had a wonderful stay here.

Good Place to stay. I would recommends to anybody wants to relax and enjoy the evening and restaurant at the beach.

Was there for a few days, the location was perfect. Less than five minute walk to the beach, restaurants and shop. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
