Overall great hotel and wonderful lobby and friendly staff. Sitting on rooftop having breakfast with view of acropolis was amazing. The breakfast itself was plentiful and varied, but refilling could have been a bit quicker. Imagine it would be extremely busy at peak times (we went off peak) and not so pleasant. The staff were all friendly though. Good location about 15 min walk into tourist city centre, and 5 min walk from metro. They stored our luggage for us on the last day which was very helpful. We had a deluxe room which had a huge queen bed. The view was of a derelict building, and the bathroom was clean but small, which was a slight let down. Wonderful touch from hotel who left an anniversary cake in our room which was one of the best chocolate cakes I have eaten!

The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and always ready to assist. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a pleasant stay. One of the highlights is the rooftop restaurant, offering a stunning view of the Acropolis—perfect for a relaxing dinner or evening drink. The breakfast was rich, fresh, and offered a great variety of options. Overall, an excellent choice for anyone looking for comfort, great location, and high-quality service in Athens. We would definitely come back!

Location really fine, maybe 12-15mins walk to Syntagma Square etc but flat, very easy. Plenty cafes on the way. Did not experience any sketchy behaviour at all in the area, I note some other reviews have.

Clean room and good service. The on-site parking garage is a major plus for Athens city center. They were kind enough to hell us transfer and load/unload our luggage from the car. The breakfast buffet felt kind of poor in execution and most food was tasteless. Management needs to check the reservation system for the main restaurant during a la carte dinner as it enforces arbitrary cut off times; I was unable to make a reservation until 22:00 when I had arrived at the restaurant at 18:30. Had I not called the restaurant directly, I would have assumed the restaurant is fully booked for the night; instead the restaurant was mostly empty for the duration of the dinner.
