Staff was kind but we stayed 3 nights and the room wasnt cleaned not even once

I've stayed here a few times and it remains a great choice. Friendly staff, great location and a massive room, especially if you are on your own or a couple because generally rooms have three beds. The first bed I picked had an old, uncomfortable mattress so I switched to another one in the room which was fine. Good Wi-Fi and free water refill.

This place is garbage. They didn't honor the price of hotels.com, told us that we have to pay more for the disgusting room, when we refused; they told us to leave. They also do not have parking. This place is horrible!

The staff was very patient with our poor Spanish, and used an app to translate when there was an issue with our reservation. They did laundry for us for very cheap, and kept the room clean. A great deal!

Great Location, super close to Central Park ! We got a room with 3 queen beds that were comfortable and clean. The pillows were too hard for me but that’s common in Guatemala lol the room was very clean and spacious with a private bathroom and shower. They provided towels, toilet paper, and a bar of soap per each bed. TV with cable and a dresser for clothes. It’s very quiet and has dark curtains. The guy at the front desk helped us unload our luggage. The only thing is that you have to park at a different hotel which is like 5 blocks away (Casa del Viajero) Overall very satisfied:)

Friendly staff. Spacious, clean, comfortable rooms. Large, well-equipped communal kitchen/dining room. Pleasant terrace with chairs, sink, washing lines where you can relax or do some washing. Very good location close to the main square.

The location is great, two blocks away from the Central Park, historical places, restaurants, etc. All bedrooms have 3 beds, 1 bathroom (with sink outside of the bathroom). Good place to stay for a good price. Excellent wifi signal in the room (almost 8Mbps).

You really can't go wrong for the price with this hotel. Spotlessly clean and everything you need. Would stay here again without hesitation.

Very lumpy pillows and very uncomfortable beds. The staff were very helpful. The hotel is in a very convenient and quiet location.

Only stayed the night as we were off the next day to a homestay. It was clean, great location and the price was very good given the way things get billed out here in Guatemala.

We booked this hotel after seeing two polar opposite reviews, but we were really pleased with our stay. The area this hotel is in doesn't look particularly warm or anything, but, as advertised, it is a short walk from the central park in town (5 minutes or so). If you're looking for 24/7 availability from the owners, you probably won't find it--they also need to sleep. :) But they were friendly and helpful and they gave us great advice when we asked them questions about our plans. We also ended up getting a room with three beds, though there was two of us, which was a nice plus--maybe because we were traveling in the off-season. In either case, it made for a really spacious, comfortable stay. The room was colorful and looked cozy. The shower also looked great, though our stay was too short for us to use it. Really wish I had; maybe it would've been my one hot shower in Guatemala. :) The WiFi was also unusually fast. We didn't get to stay for breakfast, either. Overall, though, it was a good experience and I'd stay there again.

No frills hostel with very clean beds and showers, tv with lots of channels, and decent wifi.

Muy bonito el lugar, hay agua caliente, cafe y azúcar

Es un lugar básico pero muy cerca al parque de Xela y varias opciones de restaurante cerca

El servicio de la persona que nos atendió excelente, la ubicación excelente, lo único que tiene en contra es que no tiene estacionamiento en el hotel es en otro lugar (bastante pequeño y no puedes entrar y salir, una vez adentro el vehículo ahí se queda)
