Beautiful colonial house with good breakfast and friendly and helpful staff. The garden is gorgeous, and the area is quiet. The hotel is quite far from the main square and where the shops and restaurants are, but it is walking distance (15 min aprox). The only thing that I didn't like is that you can hear everything from the other rooms. So I don't recommend it if you are an early morning person. This hotel is perfecto for families and couples.

Todas las amenidades del lugar fueron de primer nivel. La ubicación puede parecer lejana, pero es lo justo para evitar el ruido del tráfico o del día a día en la Antigua.

After an almost 24hr journey (door-to-door), this hotel was such a soothing, serene and beautiful place to start out Guatemala trip. Both Nerys and Clare were friendly, helpful and informative about various activities, places to eat, etc. The breakfast was prepared fresh on site by lovely and generous staff - a little too large for us but very tasty. All-in-all, highly recommended!

Able to check-in early. Offered complimentary risa de jamaica while I waited for room to be prepared. Nice rooms, comfy bed, and very good breakfast included. Friendly staff. The hotel is a little hard to find at first, but free parking at hotel is a big perk - very rare in Antigua.

Absolutely amazing! Location: Not in the heart of Antigua but close enough to everything. City is incredibly safe with cameras and emergency buttons. Staff: Kind, understanding and accommodating. The sweetest people! Hotel: breakfast is included and it was hearty and delicious. Room is simple and spacious; ours did not include AC but nothing a little crack of a window can’t fix.

The hotel sits inside a quiet, private gated courtyard. Our driver knew to call as we approached, so the gate could be opened. Once inside the gate we were welcomed by a beautiful flower lined street. The staff was very friendly and welcoming! Our room had a small kitchen and two double beds. The beds were much harder than we would have liked. Although it never got really hot during our stay, there is no a/c.. We would bring a small fan in the future. As a result, we tried leaving the windows open, however, that invited mosquitos. After 3 days of getting bit, we were told to light the incense in the room to deter them from coming in. Maybe a small note in the room explaining that would be helpful. FYI, the window is also low enough to see in when it is open..Sit down breakfast is included and is served in the garden courtyard. It consists of your choice of 3 dishes, traditional eggs, beans and plantains, fresh fruit and pancakes or combo. Cereal is also available. The food was fresh and very good. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful! Since we were on a working vacation building homes, we needed laundry service which was available for Q50 or $7 a bag. We enjoyed staying here and would definitely book again!!

The staff is very helpful and very accommodating!! We loved our stay here! Although limited with our spanish speaking, the staff was great and everyone seemed so very welcoming!! A big shoutout to the senioritãs in the kitchen for the lovely breakfast they made every morning!! Coffee was good! All our requests were heard and possible answers were given. The gated community provided extra security and everything is at a walking distance!!! Highly recommend, just make sure to ask for a fan if staying during summer!!!
