Room & property was clean the staff was amazing. I highly recommend for solo trip, I felt very safe! The breakfast was really good & the hotel is near everything so you can walk which I recommend anyway because of the traffic.

Great location ,safe and great staff that are always ready to help and are courteous .rooms are really good ,quiet and clean and good restaurant on site with a good view .

I forgot my cellphone in the taxi bringing us to the hotel and they took care of it all. Contacting the company and making sure I get it back: staff is very helpful We only stayed one night before taking our plane back home but we got room service and the food was delicious

Breakfast menu has good selection, Property felt secure. The landscaping was pretty and the rooftop cafeteria had a nice breeze. The tiled shower was very clean though the glass partition doesn’t seem to seal all the way and would leak water onto the floor when showering

The Immaculada Hotel was a bit of a mixed bag for us. The highlight of the stay was the staff, they were extremely accommodating, friendly, and helpful. Some features of the hotel were fun and interesting, although I was never quite sure of the vibe they were going for. The biggest disappointment was the room. I spend a lot of time researching hotels and really getting drawn in by design style. The pictures on Expedia and the hotel’s own website do *not* match the actual room. I will provide a picture of the room from our stay. It was very cold and empty and did not have any of the charm or character that the website photos provide. I think our very room may have been used for the photos, compare for yourself and just book at your own risk! Overall a nice stay in a fairly walkable area but really disappointed with the way the room ended up looking.

We have stayed at this hotel before and decided to return, mainly because of the restaurant and its convenient location near the airport. We usually prefer staying close to the airport on the last night of our trips to rest and avoid stress the next day. For that purpose, this hotel works very well. In this case, we stayed here before our departure. The rooms are small, and the bed is also on the smaller side for two people. However, for a short airport stay, it functions well. The price feels fair for the location and overall convenience, though there are small details that could be improved. On both of our stays, there was a noticeable drainage smell coming from the bathroom at times. That said, the bathrooms do have proper exhaust systems, and the rooms are equipped with air conditioning, which is definitely a plus and helps with overall comfort. The building feels relatively modern, and outside noise is minimal, allowing for good rest. The highlight for us is definitely the restaurant. The food is consistently very good, and having service available from early morning through the evening is a major advantage. We appreciate not having to leave the hotel area, especially on travel days. Reception service is fair and efficient. They can arrange transportation for an additional cost, which we find very convenient. The drivers are reliable and familiar with airport routes, ensuring timely arrival without stress. Very comfortable boutique hotel in a great neighborhood

I was quite disappointed after what started off as a good first impression. Most importantly, I was unable to sleep as the room was advertised as soundproof and was not - you can hear traffic, people on phones, wooden corridors are extremely noisy and even staff at almost midnight shouting around in the corridors to the extent I had to ask them to be quiet. If you value sleep this isn’t for you. During my stay I went twice to reception - firstly to ask about dinner and where the rest isn’t is - no staff in sign and no signage anywhere so in the end I went to the mall around the counter. Secondly, I went to ask about breakfast and again, no one at reception. Luckily another guest was waiting in the lobby and was able to tell me how to get to the restaurant which I would never have found on my own (lack of signage and not any indication in room either about where it is or how to get here - via the parking and an elevator hidden out of sight!) The pros were the location and also the restaurant was actually really nice once it was found. I would not stay again as it was impossible to sleep. Hotels should not lie about soundproofing.

The room was very clean (though the cleaning products smelled a tad strong). The staff was all wonderful and we enjoyed eating on the terrace upstairs.

The staff, particularly our amazing doorman (my sincere apologies, but my middle-aged mind has forgotten his name,) were above and beyond! The room was spacious and the a/c and heater were both efficient. The bathroom was meticulously clean. The lack of a mini fridge in the room stocked with agua pura seems an oversight at this price point, but the delicious breakfasts, warm welcomes, and generous nature of everyone helped us forget this shortcoming. Will absolutely stay here again!

The room was ok , good IC comfortable bed , but in the other hand bathroom was very narrow and no place to organize our stuff . On the other hand, the hotel was very well located and the staff super friendly and efficient. Safe round trip airport-hotel-airport at a reasonable cost. Breakfast every day included was a great addition to our stay at the hotel. In fact in my opinion the hotel must improve the quality of towels in the room and a garbage deposit available to throw away plastic ,paper cans,bags etc

It is in general good, parking area is very limited with the risk to hit another car or the opposite. The rooms are fair, although the standard room booked for 2 persons has a bed that is not comfortable enough for 2 persons to sleep, it looks more like a single bed rather than a full size

The hotel and the counter were nice as usual. The waiter at the restaurant El Despierto on the 4th floor was very abusive. My family and I will never go back to that restaurant again.
