Parie house is a secluded spot on a quiet cove or bight as they call it. The cove is calm and you look out at the waves breaking on the reef. You can see boats out beyond and an occasional boat comes in to a small marina. We sat on the large deck and just watched and relaxed. Or laid in the hammock and swayed in the breeze. We visited the dock on the property and enjoyed the evenings and stars.
The house has all the stuff you need although we never used the laundry. We got groceries at eldons but didn't eat them all as we drove around a lot or taxiid to west end. We loved breakfast at freshly baked which is a short walk to the main road. Taxis are easy to grab and just a few bucks to west end. I highly recommend Parie house if you want plenty of space and a well equipped house with an awesome view. And if you want peace and quiet but yet a short distance to west end and all it's bustle.
