Terrible experience

The property is in the middle of the crowded main street, quite difficult to find the entrance to the building but once at the floor 0, you can immediately tell what you're up against. Riding the elevator to the 'lobby', you'll have to find the right door for them - tiny sign and they do not fully support late check-ins. We were almost stuck as we cannot contact them, thankfully they have cameras set up and the staff was able to assist. The room is the highlight - it was unacceptable. Very small, terrible condition bathroom, rustic water, moist flooring, moldy odor, dust everywhere. We did not last longer than 5 minutes and immediately looked for another hotel. This should not be offered to guests at all especially at the price they charge. The vendor needs to update their listing with updated pictures so people know what they're getting into. Even Expedia could not assist me with the refund, the property refuses to cooperate.

I called the hotel desk to advise staff of my delay in arrival. I was verbally abused.The staff person rudely refused to share his name when politely asked. A very hostile and unprofessional experience.

The staff were friendly and always ready to help if I had a question for them. The location of the hostel is in the heart of Kowloon, with a lot of dining and entertainment options in the area.

I would not call this a hotel, but a hostel. And it’s probably the smallest room I’ve ever stayed in. There was only one elevator and my room was on the 15th floor. There was always a lineup and a wait to get upstairs. In the bathroom you had to stand over the toilet to have a shower. It seemed to be clean, but because of the age of the place, it didn’t really look like it. Even though the bed was small, I can say that it was comfortable. Will I stay here again probably not.

My recent stay at this hotel, though with snug rooms and compact bathrooms, was surprisingly delightful. The clever design maximized space efficiency without compromising comfort. The room was fairly clean and had moderate amenities. Despite the size, the room did the job. It was equipped with the needed amenities such as your shampoo and body wash and a plug to charge your devices. Ultimately, if you value a cheap yet central location and don't mind a tight room then this is for you.

Entry to the hotel was not pleasant. The check in desk is at a different tower. The downstairs is a very just marketplace with people trying to seek you something. Small elevator and very tight spaces.

Ive been there 3 times all togetger the girl staff very friendly Polite and always smiling easy to talk to and you can have a good laugh with them ideal place if you are on a budget well recommended 👍

The property is nothing like it is advertised. The rooms air con was broken which left the room unbearably hot and the thin lacked all of the amenities advertised as well as being in a shoddy run down condition.

This hotel should increase their cleanliness in the room. Should change the bedsheet. Should put perfume as the smell is bad

You get what you have paid for... Rooms are small but HKG is known for it. Stayed in double room. Budget friendly and easy access to Tsim Sha Tsui station for roaming around. Ideal for backpackers.
