Having a great time to stay here. We booked 7 rooms for 2 days. Very nice to have a shuttle bus, clean room, cozy environment, few steps to groceries and shops. Definitely will come back again.

The hotel was very good. They provided free drinking water for us to enjoy. Aside from that, they also provided free shuttle from the airport and made my trip hassle-free. Location wise was also amazing. During my stay there, I got upgraded to the ocean view room which was really pretty

We stayed in a suite with a very beautiful view. The rooms are very clean, neat, and comfortable. The staff are all very helpful and friendly, 10 minutes to Disneyland and the airport.

I was not happy with the evening buffet . Western choices following 13 days of mostly Asian food was a big disappointment . The carved meats were 70% fat . Few other choices that evening for the 20 bucks I paid . No pool was also disappointing . Guest can spend 25 dollars for access to the facilities next store at the Sheraton! Beds are very comfortable .

good breakfast but the menu never change , they serve the same food everyday
few chairs/couch in the lobby, most of the guests have no chair to sit on while waiting for the check in time

Hotel room very clean, the location is good for us because we only have 1 day before our fly back home. Across from hotel there’s restaurant, bakery. The front desk when we check in upgrade our room to ocean view which is very nice.

Did not receive a followup to 2 messages I sent regarding the delay in my arrival . the 3rd person who got involved at the front desk , the other 2 likely trainees did get me checked in for a short 4 hour stay before leaving for the airport . not hot water in shower was disappointing !
