Over all it was a great stay, staff are nice and friendly especially Gwen who assisted us on upgrading our room. We will surely come back in this hotel. And it’s very convenient of transpo, even restaurants it’s just few minutes walk. Rooms are being cleaned every day. We are family of 4, stayed for 3 days and 3 nights.

Hotel is very clean and tidy. The staff are very friendly interacted with Stephen and Wayne, and they were very helpful. I Would definitely recommend to friends and family would also stay there again myself,. The area around the hotel I felt was safe many restaurants to go to and the hospitality of the Hong Kong people made me and my family very welcome.

It's a great place. I found the rooms to be clean, quiet, and very central and convenient. Would recommend for people who want a solid, safe place to stay and don't need all the extra amenities (i.e. gym, bar, etc).

This property is a gem, the location is very convenient with just 1 stop and less than 10 minute walk from the A10 bus stop to and from the airport. It’s about 10-minute walk to the Macau Ferry terminal and about 4 minute walk to the bus stop of several buses that can take you to Temple street night market which is also only 2 stops. Trams are just steps from the hotel as well as the Sheung Wan MTR entrance/exit. We upgraded our room which gave us a beautiful partial view of the ocean. The room is relatively spacious, clean and modern with daily housekeeping . Overall, we had a great stay! The only little issue I had was the hotel entrance as it’s not well situated but we will definitely stay here again, so convenient and well worth the money, staff are very helpful and courteous!

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel. From start to finish, everything was smooth and stress-free. I needed to store my luggage both before check-in and after check-out, and the staff handled it with no hassle at all.
Every member of the team was warm and welcoming, and the check-in/check-out process was quick and easy.
The location is also a major plus—the hotel is directly connected to Sai Ying Pun Station (Exit A2), which made getting around Hong Kong incredibly convenient.
A thoughtful detail: housekeeping provided cans of water daily, which was a lifesaver in the Hong Kong heat. The room itself was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable.
Special thanks to Tiffany at reception for her kind and professional service—she truly made a difference! I will stay here again during my next trip to Hong Kong.

service & location , great as always. entrance can be a challenge to find. Not the easiet place for a taxi- drop or collection. MTR & tram access is ok. Food options here is good , close to Sheung Wan. Great option. i am a frequent user of this hotel, for short visits.

The property was very conveniently located in Hong Kong. The buses and tram were right outside the location. The MTR to the train is about a 5 minute walk.

We had a family room with two bathrooms which was very nice and convenient. The location is also convenient if you are staying for longer. We stayed only one night and realized it would have been more convenient for us to stay on the main island considering the things we wanted to do.

The room was super comfortable but didn't like the main entrance to the building being in the alleyway right under a restaurant's kitchen exhaust spewing out smoke from a deep dryer and the tiny hotel front desk service area being on the 7th level.

This is in a relatively quiet area at night time but its feels safe and close to A2 exit of the metro. The room is fairly compact and the bed was comfortable. I liked the shower and the fact that i can see a bit of the sea, the other tall buildings and the motorway.
They have a vending machine that i only discovered on the last night and it sells everything from drinks to converters.
For a place saying its "eco friendly", i saw no recycling bins and im not convinced that Hong Kong has recycling facilities. The maid changed our towels everyday which does defeat the eco ethos. We did appreciate her putting the duvet cover back on and giving us cans of water.
They dont serve breakfast but theres a great cafe about 10 mins walk away. For the price of the room, its a bargain and a tram ride away from central.

Nothing to complain about and nothing to write home about. Room size was ok and clean. Bed was comfortable. I liked the powerful shower with a spacious shower cubicle. Entrance is not great but inside is not bad. Must have been renovated in the last few years.
The house keeping didn't vacuum or change cups on couple of the days during my 11 nights stay, and rectified when requested. Probably depends whose working that day.
MTR sation entrance is at the base of the hotel but you do walk 5min to get to the train. Love the tram just outside - which was very handy for getting into Central. And good number of bus stops around, including one for the airport.
It's bang in the middle of dry seafood speciality area, so if you don't enjoy that smell, it might not be for you.

location not too bad, in front of tram stop ( coming from CWB Wanchai areas ) & next to SheungWan Mtr exit. main one way street behind 5 aside soccer ground has alot of food options. room 1106 was a large suite. Helpful staff helped me reset digital safe twice in 10mins. Clean room during stay. Use alley side-entrance to enter property, lobby is 7f.
