Our stay was okay, our room was clean and quiet, the bed and beddings were very comfortable. The location of the hotel was a bit far. The staff could be more friendly. Other than that everything's perfect.

Hotel is near in a bus station, metro and mongkok. The staff was very accomodating and nice. Our room is spacious. And well clean.

The hotel location was very convenient, close to the airport, multiple shuttle rides , very nice breakfast buffet with a very reasonable price

The overall service is above average and so is the general condition of the hotel.

We stayed 17 nights at the Holiday Inn Express Mong Kok with my family of 2 adults and 3 children, booking interconnecting twin and queen rooms. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The hotel has a laundry room on the 18th floor however with 3 children and the vast amount of laundry we needed doing it was more cost effective to use a local laundrette 5minutes walk down Canton street. The staff at the hotel were friendly and very helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast was served as set menus rather than a buffet, which was a bit unusual. However, the waiters and waitresses were lovely and accommodating, allowing us to order from the menu on days we planned to be out early instead of eating in the restaurant. The location was great for us to explore Kowloon, N.T and HK island since Yau Ma Tei MTR is only 7mins and Mong Kok MTR is 8mins walk away. East rail was 17mins walk. Ladies market, Temple street market were great for street food, souvenirs and doing the touristy things. Checkout was at 12:00 pm, and the hotel kindly allowed us to store our luggage until our Uber picked us up in the evening, which was very convenient. Overall, it was a lovely and comfortable stay with good service, ideal for families needing interconnecting rooms and great location.

Decent hotel. Quite near the night market area but not really that close to the subway lines.

Everything is good except for breakfast is limited menu they made to order & only 6 option on the menu. We stayed 6 nights 5 days so we end up eat breakfast the same for 5 days.

The staff wasn’t very friendly. No one except one staff member ever greeted us when we came or left the hotel. He was the one with the short curly hair style. Sometimes up to 5 people at the front desk and no one says anything. Cleaning staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good but perhaps add congee to the menu. Location was very good.

Somewhat run down but great location close to shopping (Lady and Sneaker streets) and MTR stations. Staff was friendly. Complimentary breakfast had a number of set meals to choose from, which were ok but no great. Beds were very firm.

Excellent service from hotel staff. Polite and helpful. Location is not too bad about 10 min walk to MTR Station. A lot of amenities nearby. Room is true to pictures and pretty spacious for hk standards. Just that the room smells very musty and stale.

This hotel is 8 minutes walk away from all the activities. It’s a bit far for us. The beds are very hard even for Asian’s standard. The pillows are so flat, they are non existent. All these made my stay very uncomfortable and will not return.
