The hotel is situated in a kind of industrial area. They do provide a shuttle bus which is great. Walking to surrounding transportation and malls etc is not too difficult or overly far. There are 7/11s and Welcome supermarkets close by. Easy to get to and from the airport.
We would stay here again.

The hotel has almost everything, but at minimum quantity. All the staff are very friendly, but the location is poor.
The hotel offers 30% discount for guests to dine in. However, non hotel guests can get 35% offer with reservations by phone.

It is a nice place, convenient to take a bus back to the airport as it is only 5 minutes away. However, it is located in a industrial zone and far from main attractions. Recommended for a stop over before a long flight as getting there to and from the airport is relatively easy.

Worst customer service. The hotel, the room is generally nice but the customer service omg... Horrible. From checking in, to ask for a taxi when i was checking out...there was no help. Would not live in Cozi ever again and wont recommend it to my friends as a hotel for staycations
