Fantastic stay! Renovated Harbour view room easily accommodated a family of 4, the day beds along the window convert to singles and were very comfortable for the kids. Pool area is excellent. The staff are very good with children, they were given small gifts on arrival and fruit and sometimes treats in the room everyday. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. Fabulous!

Rooms were large enough to accomodate an extra bed. Clean but needs updating.
Electric bidet or washlet needs to be incorporated into the toilet instead of having an 80s stand alone bidet.

Aside from the usual 5-star amenities, Shanghai-La paid attention to the details of the room settings and their service. This impressed me a lot.

Ordered a hotel with a capacity of 2 but even though it was for 4, I, my wife, children aged 14 and 10, ordered the peak deluxe king bed type, got there because I brought 2 children, upgraded to twin beds (can be lined up) so it's bigger and given extra free the bed is super comfortable to sleep on, the room is really big too, thank you Shangri-La👍.
