Kerry hotel was a very nice hotel for me and my family. They arranged a crib and baby items for her as well, very thoughtful. Kirin helped us make checking in very easy and seamless. Had an amazing stay!

Our room had a very musty smell, and the speaker in the roof made a constant high pitch sound even when switched off. I had to sleep with ear plugs in for my entire.
The staff were very helpful, spoke good English and the food at the hotel was excellent. We loved everything about the hotel except for our room, although it presented well it was not nice to stay in.

rooms are huge based on hk standards, and the harbour view is really worth the price! love love love the bathroom and amenities, and special thanks to the friendly housekeepers who cleaned the room very well. only feedback would be the pillows and bed are a bit too soft.
the gym is well-equipped and clean, and the person-in-charge (or trainer?) in the gym was so kind.
very lovely stay overall, would definitely book again.

Room was clean and spacious with great ocean view. The location is a little out of the way if you want to take the MTR and may involve some switching of lines. It’s a 2km stroll to K11/Avenue of Stars by the promenade.

I have stayed here many times. It’s a great place to land on peninsula side if you don’t want to be in a touristy area. The harbor view from the pool desk is amazing. The breakfast is good and the rooms are big for Hong Kong hotels. Everyone is very efficient and professional.

It was such a fantastic hotel—everything about it was exceptional. We stayed in a city-view club room, which was lovely and spacious. The bed was so comfortable. The staff were all gracious, helpful, professional, and warm. I highly recommend this hotel and would stay here again and again.

As always, I love this hotel. The sea views are spectacular, as are the rooftop bar and pool/gym facilities. The hotel is a 5 minute walk from Whampoa MTR station, so it is a convenient place to stay.
My only slight complaint is that the housekeeping team come too early to clean the room. A little later would be better, or to know the routine of guests, to avoid a cat and mouse game. Only a small issue, as overall the hotel is great!
