2 adults stayed in the Premier King room for 5 nights. Room was spacious enough to lay 2 large luggage on the floor with walking space. The bathroom fit all of our products. A good feature was that they had a jug in the room you could refill with water from the lobby! Staff were friendly and spoke English at reception. They helped us when our cards couldn’t unlock our door. The doorsmen always greeted us with a smile. The cleaning staff were very kind and asked if we needed our rooms to be cleaned when we overslept and ran into them in the hallway. We were able to leave our luggage after checking out until late. It is conveniently located and walkable under 5 minutes near Yau Ma Tei MTR, and serviced by multiple buses including from and to the airport (A21 bus), which is great to get to other tourist locations. There is a convenience store around the right corner when you exit the hotel through the main doors and plenty of food places nearby to eat. One thing was that you could hear everyone's shower working or people in the hallway leaving their rooms from your room. To consider: - You will be asked to pay a 3% hotel surcharge (which we were happy to oblige to, wishing it was upfront or included in the initial price). - There are no single-use plastic items included such as toothbrushes and they do not provide pajamas so keep that in mind when packing. - There is no Netflix or streaming services on the TV. Still enjoyed our stay immensely and recommend! Thank you!

Center of shopping Accessibility to Subway Wifi

walk to all. We took the airport express bus from airport to hotel only 45mins. Got off and walk 1 1/2 blocks to our hotel.

We stay here every time we come to HK, as Cityview is located right by Yau Ma Tei MTR and is within steps to all sorts of eateries, shops, grocery stores, banks, hair salons, drug stores, whatever you need - it's there! We chose a supreme room on high floor this visit, & found it to be way more spacious & comfortable - def worth the extra $$ imo. Rooms were cleaned every day and towels were refreshed. Showers worked great, and they gave us comfy hotel slippers which was a nice touch. Staff is pleasing and we were impressed staff members always made sure they opened the front doors for us. Check in time is strictly at 3pm so if you arrive too early, you will have to wait for your room to be ready. Thank you Cityview for making our stay so warm and inviting!

The check-in process was fast. When we got to the room, we were impressed with the cleanliness but not the size of the room. It felt like we're on the cruise ship. The bathroom was small and the sink was terribly small. Every time I washed my face, my forehead hit either the faucet or the shelf top over the sink. So I talked to the night manager next evening and he was nice enough to upgrade us to a bigger room with a better bathroom. That made my stay more comfortable.

easy access to shopping and dining, walking distance to subway. Room was large and clean, great staff, special thanks to Gary, Mr Ko and definitely comeback. Actually I accommodated here every time while staying in Hong Kong.

Great hotel located just around the corner from Yau Ma Tai train station. Can easily get to it with suitcases from the airport. Staff are super friendly and helpful and helped make our stay very enjoyable. Would definitely stay again!

The hair dryer provided is just placed right above the basin .It can cause electrical hazard if it is dropped accidentally in the basin. Very tiny room. Not enough storage space. The walls are not sound proof. I can hear next door guest coughing and people closing doors and talking in the hallway.

Good location

Friendly staff at reception who talked a little football and a nice sized room. The bed was very hard and I usually like a herder bed but this was quite bad. I tried the other duvet under but it didn’t help much. I didn’t ask about any other options as I was only there a couple of night nights. Very convenient for transport links including the airport bus round the corner and you’re right in the hustle and bustle.

It was very clean and a good size. The room has good soundproofing so we didn’t hear anything from the other rooms. It is close to the subway station and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.
