Everything was great clean as advertised and lobby being 24 hours was wonderful

It was a nice stay. Great service, perfect neighborhood close to mass transit options, restaurants and the Danube.

Central hotel close to most tourist attractions and airport bus link. Clean, comfortable room with good shower. Excellent breakfast buffet. Friendly staff. Overall a lovely place to stay in Budapest.

The place was amazing. The staff were very helpful, attentive and friendly. They really helped me with my 3 days in Budapest. They had towel warmers in the bathroom and even a shoehorn The breakfast was big with a lot of choices, unfortunately not a lot of American type breakfast food. I mean salami and oiled vegetablesIt was all good, just different. The only complaint was the carpet in the halls and room was modern to the point of extreme. When I got off the elevator, I thought I was in a construction zone. The carpet went partway up the walls and was this crazy artistic pattern that looked like someone picked it out because if anyone threw up on it, it would hide it.

Despite that the room was too small every thing was ok

Thank you D8 for a wonderful stay. The staff was amazing and accommodating. Rooms are well equipped and clean, bed was so comfortable after a long flight. Now let’s talk about the Amazing and extensive breakfast. Any and everything you could possibly need was provided. So close to all of the Beautiful sites that Budapest has to offer. Highly recommend D8 hotel for your next visit to Budapest.

Great stay overall

Even though it is transforming into a IHG Voco property soon, D8 hit it out of the park! Very walkable area and close to Metro! Lots of dining options nearby. Staff are so nice especially the manager and Peter and Dominica! From the time we arrived to our departure they were 100%!

This Hotel is in an excellent location, 5 minutes walk to the chain bridge, same to the inner city centre, our floor was newly refurbished, room small but had all we needed and was perfect for a sight seeing trip, it’s currently undergoing renovation (didn’t look to far off finished) the access appeared temporary as main foyer undergoing work, so literally just the room, no other common spaces open during our stay, guessing that was reflected in price we paid as will undoubtedly be more when refurbishment finished considering its excellent location, so if your after a comfortable, refurbished, clean hotel in a perfect location with not much more from a hotel at present then it’s a great choice

Great location super place it’s a shame about the renovations but once they completed it will be fabulous. There was no breakfast or coffee in the room or even water which was an issue but the staff are unbelievable and so helpful. As it was a business trip really happy to stay there no issues.

Front desk staff were very nice Hotel was in a good location- central & shops cafes at door stop. Room was clean spacious & well designed. Good hotel!

Room was clean, staff was helpful and friendly. Easy walk to lots of places for food. River cruise port is about 7 to 20 min walk from hotel.

Simple hotel with basic amenities. Very near to the heart of Budapest although it is tucked at a corner of the heart. Nonetheless, it's location for it's price is unbeatable.

I loved this hotel. Location was perfect. Beds were comfortable. Very clean. Staff were awesome. Best breakfast of any hotel I stayed during my Europe trip. So close to Christmas markets!
