This is a nice hotel in Budapest. I have given this rating due to encountered problems. The Staff were very good but manager questionable. We arrived late afternoon and checked in. Next morning we tried to shower, but found drain blocked hair and debris.... the curtain in the room had fell down to floor. Reported to reception and shower was not usable untill 1800 hrs. Curtain left on floor. The next evening we were in bed when the ceiling caved in due to water issue. Given a different room around 12.30 am when someone came to check damage and agreed we couldn't use the room. Next morning I was told the ceiling would be repaired befor we returned that night. I refused and ask to speak to manager to arrange alternative accommodation. This request was refused and the receptionist contacted him. After a few minutes i was offered another room. This explains my reasons for my grading.

The property is in a great location, alot of dining options and metro nearby. Staff were friendly and area felt safe. The shower height is very small, elevator is only big enough for 1 person.

Very basic, old, not renovated. Outside was 12 degrees, but no heating in the room. When asked for staff to provide the heater, answer was that manager instructed that there is no heating in the rooms before november, no matter of outside temperature! Horrible was to save money by the owner, do not recommend the hotel!

Very nice hotel located on a quiet street just outside bustling city. Elevator is small, fits 2 max but does have open stairs right next to it. Front desk reception was very helpful and informative. Easy check in and check out process.

This property is ok location. The wifi is awful …goes on and off besides slow. Phone in room not connected. Tv was not plugged in . Limited outlets to charge items…no charging when not in room. Items in bathroom not working or connected. Towels not changed daily. Worst hotel on our five European city visit.

Great location in one of the oldest parts of Budapest. The only negative was intermittent internet service.

I only stayed for 1 night, so for that purpose it was ok. But I would not stay for longer period. Bathroom wasn't clean properly, handsoap machine was leaking. It was a bit noisy in the morning, I woke up for someone knocking on the next door and talking. Reception staff members who checked me in and out doesn't speak hungarian (that was fine with me though).

Close to Instant Fogas haha. It was a lovely hotel.

Clean and tidy Hotel just off the main road. Good bars and restaurants near by.
