Very nice boutique hotel in a nice location. Rooms were clean and the breakfast was good. 20min walk to the river and most restaurants. Overall it was a good value for our family and we stayed 3 nights.

I had my flight cancelled early in the morning and rescheduled for the following day. The staff at the front desk were super helpful and were able to find me a room for an additional night. They made an otherwise bad situation a little better. 10/10!!

The A/C in the room didn't work, the room was unbearably hot. The shower was not much more than a trickle. I expected much better for the price. The breakfast buffet was okay, but nothing great, the hot food was luke-warm at best.

The staff weren't the most pleasant, the rooms were fairly basic with poor showers, the spa opening hours (5–10pm) are ridiculous, and the fact that you have to pre-book a slot yet aren't greeted by any staff at the spa itself was rather strange. Definitely a case of style over substance, although the location is ideal.
