Staff is friendly. Hotel is in descent shape. No A/C and that is a deal breaker for me. You'll have to call someone to come open the window on the 6th floor otherwise it is 80° in the room all the time. This is at the end of March. I don't get why they spend so much on looks and not enough on comfort. No mini fridge and very small room.

This hotel is perfectly located. Very nice and would stay again. Quiet. Was surprised breakfast buffet was billed at $17.41 usd per person. Front desk staff was very helpful.

I was treated like royalty from the minute I arrived until I left. I was somehow made guest of the day and had an upgrade to a suite and it made my busy business stay so much more pleasurable. Clean room, plenty of amenities, excellent customer service. Thank you!
