We had couple of issues during the stay (shower didn't work (only hot water and was automatically turned off every 30 sec) and TV didn't work also (no signal). We stayed for two nights and there was no attempt from the hotel to address the issues. My complains was not surprise for the stuff. My request for changing the room (we travel with kid) was denied.

Adequate for a one night stay.

This property is best value for lower price. Rooms are quite spacious. I don't expect great breakfast for this price level and it isn't but the location and rooms are perfect. I'm staying here for third time and I'll definitely return.

Excellent location, very easy to get to from airport bus and to explore central Budapest. Would definitely stay here again.

I did not like most of all the staff. There were only 2 somewhat kind receptionists, the rest, it seemed that we were bothering them. Breakfast was limited and not very good, but at least was cheaper than in surrounding coffeeshops. Our room was a bit noisy until 1 am. After that the street sound diminishes. Not a very good neighborhood to walk at night.

The sign of the hotel is invisible from distance if arriving at night. The hotel didn’t do cleaning during our stay. We stayed here for four days. They cleaned the toilet and empty bin as our strong request in the last day. The standard of the hotel is very low based on 3 star rating.

Absolutely awful - breakfast was cold and was not refreshed, and accomodation is not clean. Had to move rooms due to strong smoke smell and was put in a worse room. They are not friendly to tourists and is not welcoming. I contacted them to express my dissatisfaction and they are avoiding my correspondences. AVOID!

I stayed 3 days at a reasonable price (for the quality) but when I asked to extend for a single day more I was quoted double the previous price. Even though a colleague had verified with the hotel the night before that this would be possible. I learned about the price change just 20 minutes before the 11am checkout time. When I asked for extra hour to pack, the desk clerk refused. Thus I had to crash pack, phone my colleague about the situation and wait for him for two hours while came from work to rescue me. Otherwise, the hotels rooms face an attractive interior courtyard. But there was also loud construction noise in the courtyard beginning early morning.

This hotel could be good but its staff is spoiling it it's attitude: cleaners do not clean, reception staff not at the place, breakfast staff does not take good care of the area. While the rooms are quite good (with plugs near the bed, good beding, electricity switches next to the bed, etc), we got the bed full of hair, stuff from previous guests under the bed, carpet was wet. Reception said that it's normal, everywhere happens and gave us other linens. We tried to get alternate place but Expedia support suggested just to find new property for 4X price. Overall I do not recommend to stay there

The hotel is located in close proximity to transport. The building itself is nice and charming. However, the bed sheets and towels weren't clean. The carpet on the floor was very dirty.
