Excellent location, a lot of things in walking distance. Very spacious rooms.

I went with my family. We loved the place, especially it’s in the center of downtown, close to many restaurants. Staff is great.

First time visit to Iceland, if I had known about the property and bus stops around the city, I would have booked longer to stay here!

The location of this hotel is ideal for tourists.We arrived on June 17, which is a national holiday. The celebrations were family-centered. However, many streets were closed for the day. That made it hard to get to our hotel in our rental van, even with the use of Google Maps and Citymapper. We had rented a large van, so we rented a parking space in the secure garage. The garage space was tight. An elevator (lift) made it easy to take our luggage from the street-level garage to our apartments. Check-in was a breeze. The front desk clerk spoke English with ease. She was pleasant and very helpful. Our family of 8 travelers occupied two comfortable apartments, each with a convenient kitchen. Each spacious apartment was very clean with upscale decor and fixtures. In the apartment, the kitchen amenities included tea and coffee as well as all the usual kitchen appliances. The beds were comfortable. But, once in bed, it took us a long time to figure out how to use the TV remote correctly. The directions were not adequate. The binder with hotel information also lacked walking directions to nearby places to get food. This was frustrating for us as first-time visitors. Many restaurants and attractions are within walking distance.On the whole, I recommend this hotel highly and would stay there again without hesitation.

Very modern! 10/10 for that, and awesome coffee (Jura Giga machine) in the lobby! The apartment smelled musty/dusty, and we had to open the patio doors to air it out. Allergies flared up, that wasn't great.

Nice apartment ibut disappointed that extra twin Murphy bed did not come with the luxury unit. I thought they advertised it that way. Also disappointed that they wanted to charge me for a key that I we returned. We were given 5 keys for the 2 apartments abs we returned 5!!!

Wonderful! Perfect location walking distance to everything . Having a full kitchen was lovely to cook dinner and breakfast with a huge balcony to enjoy weather permitting. We went to the market and got groceries and saved a TON of money vs eating out for every meal.

The apartment was spacious, clean and nicely decorated. Unfortunately this complex is located on a very noisy street that was used every night by cruising muscle cars and motorcycles with those awful loud mufflers. We didn’t sleep much the two nights we were there. The problem is made worse because of the warmth of the building that necessitates keeping windows open to keep the apartment comfortable.It didn’t seem like there were many units that were not right over the street. Beware if you are sensitive to noise.

Nicest place we stayed during our 2 weeks in Iceland. Great location, friendly staff, beautiful accommodations. Great kitchen as I am someone who prefers to cook over dining out.

The location is perfect with shops, restaurants and small grocery stores close by. The staff is lovely and are there 24-7 to help. Veronica was especially kind when we checked in. The apartment is fully equipped and the floors are heated.

What are amazing apartment hotel! Great staff! The room exceeded expectations and housekeeping was excellent. Highly recommend. Centrally located and close to everything.The Nespresso machine was appreciated and used in abundance. The apartment also had plenty of supplies for the kitchen and bathroom.

The location is convenient to the activities. We arrived early, they allowed us to park the car before checking in. After checking out, we can still park the car in the hotel without extra charge.

It was a really nice place to stay! Convenient to shopping and the harbour. We would definitely stay again
