We had a mix up in our reservation but Natalia was very helpful and resolved it to our satisfaction. We were traveling with our teenage grandson and both Ava and Natalia made sure he was served food for a growing boy. We stayed in the new separate building and were very comfortable.

Very cozy. Great for northern lights as the area gets very dark close to the hotel. Staff was friendly and a good breakfast.

Excellently run guesthouse, friendly staff, comfortable rooms, good breakfast and excellent customer service. With the costs of things in Iceland bordering ridiculous this place is a hidden gem. Excellent value for money,

Guesthouse with nice view. Staffs are very friendly and stayed up quite late to attend to their guests past 9pm. Room is warm, clean and comfortable. Offered good buffet breakfast for free.

Cute place to stay, was very clean, the scenery was beautiful. The negative was that all the doors were very heavy and the two beds in the double room were very narrow. We got a room with the shared bathroom, but the doors were heavy and the room wasn't very spundproof so we could hear other guests opening and closing doors and packing, and I always was worried about the noise I was making when I was opening and closing my door at night. Ultimately though, if you're a heavy sleeper, this place would be a great stay.

We were extremely satisfied with our stay here. This guesthouse had flexible check-in, a spacious and welcoming room, cozy beds, and a nice clean bathroom. We were also provided breakfast the next morning which is always a wonderful touch. All in all, this place is well worth the stay (and conveniently located near Akureyri on the ring road)

They obviously know that they have an issue with people finding their location so they give you the coordinates. We first went to a location in the city-not it. Then drove through the mountain fog for an hour to the location where the coordinates took us. A farm I. The middle of nowhere- also not it. We never found it. They really need to provide specific directions to the facility (if it actually exists)- completely disappointed and angry as alternatives weren’t available

Very nice and cute hotel stay just outside of Akureyri and had plenty of space, blackout shades were great as well.

Well maintained, clean property. Surrounded by mountains, great location, plenty of parking available. Friendly staff
