I booked a room price according to the application and when I got there the price listed was not there and I was asked to add 140, and I didn't want to, so I decided to leave with the agreement that my money would be refunded but until now the money has not been returned, I have not been contacted and there has been no answer, it is very inhumane, my advice is not to stay there because you will only be blackmailed and lied to.

2 days rent became 1 day because the price in the application did not match the price agreed in the application, 150 thousand for renting a room with a fan, not attractive at all, dirty and filthy

The guard was very unfriendly, saying that the room rates were different from those listed on the app and that if you wanted to stay, you had to pay the full rate. This is extortion. Please fix this immediately.

I don't recommend this place because.... in the application the price is different and they ask for LG money and they wait up to 2 hours from check in time. Many guests also don't share the room because they don't use LG applications but they ask that they use many applications.... but they have applications

Very very not recommended. Don't want to stay here. They ask for additional fees. The accommodation is very unclear, the reality and the photos are very different.

The owner is Wayan very nice person. He is polite, open for input, he has services of excellent, care and good relationship with me and other guests. We discussed about pricing, safety on the swimming pool area, railing level 2 little corrotion, flower/small garden to install to make Bali's more natural surround pool and minor need to be tidy up. He accept my input for better future and continuous improvement on services quality. I got upgrade VIP room with additional 50k. Great swimming pool and price acceptable. I am very happy to be there, place quite, farming surround. Definitely I will come again next time. there is minor issue with Traveloka pricing but finaly we resolve both of us happy. Additionally need business to open restaurant or coffe shop around there like Alfamart. Overall GREAT VILA with that price.

This hotel does not accept online bookings so they charge extra, the check-in process is delayed. The cleanliness is very bad, there are human feces left in the toilet. Traumatizing.

A great experience staying there, from the first time we arrived we had to wait quite a long time. Then when we wanted to check in we were asked to give a positive review first, after that we had paid the price for the room according to the application, then we were asked to add more, with the excuse that the room I had booked was sold out.
