I stayed for one night to be close to the station, after moving from my previous hotel. The location is very strategic. I checked in at night, because I only left my luggage in the lobby that morning. When I checked in, my body was already tired from going out all day. It turned out the door was difficult to open, so several staff members went back and forth to the reception to get help. After three trips, I finally managed to open it. When I checked in, I got a bed with two single beds. Meanwhile, I booked a double bed on Traveloka. I reported it and was advised to change rooms, which was on the second floor. I had to carry more stuff, via stairs. When I arrived at the second floor, I wanted to take a shower, but the smell from the bathroom was very strong. I don't know if it was the water or the bathroom. Maybe it was because it was raining, so maybe the septic tank was backed up (but I'm not sure what the smell was), the smell was strong and uncomfortable. Breakfast in the morning was quite standard with little variety. But it wasn't that bad. So yeah. So, that's why I gave it that rating.

The staff are friendly, all the rooms are spacious, only the bathroom is a bit small in my opinion... overall the best hotel in town.

Clean room and staff is helpful

Stayed two nights at this hotel. The first night was incredibly enjoyable. The atmosphere was comfortable. The breakfast menu was delicious. However, the second night was less comfortable because there was a group of school children who were very disturbing to the point that someone would massage the room bell. The breakfast menu was not as good as before. However, the staff were very friendly and helpful. Hopefully, in the future, this hotel can improve in arranging group rooms and breakfast areas so that they are separate and do not disturb other guests.

Housekeeping and receptionist are dishonest, after asking about the items left behind by phone and then calling again, they didn't pick up but using a new number, they picked up. My pouch contained my child's gold bracelet and my husband's wallet, but they said it wasn't there, even though the last wallet was in the room before checking out and we only remembered it after we were at the rest area when we wanted to pay for our meal.

Centrally located, easy to get everywhere. Rooms are clean and quiet.

During my stay here, the hotel and room were clean and most importantly the staff were very kind because they allowed early check-in.

Overall, it's good, the staff is kind and communicative, and the rooms are standard for the price (no complaints). Recommended for those who want to stay close to Malioboro (approximately 15 minutes away) and Jalan Prawirotaman (approximately 10 minutes away on foot).

Maintain the friendliness of the staff, which makes it memorable and enjoyable. The staff are very polite, especially in the FO and restaurant areas. The employees are very friendly and kind. You feel at home and are well-served. Just add a fence to the swimming pool and restaurant, or at least a plant fence so that swimmers don't feel uncomfortable because they are directly visible from the restaurant and F.O. The food is all the best.

It's really strange, I ordered 1 bed here but instead I got 2 (twin beds), the receptionist said it couldn't be read in the system.

The food tastes delicious. The breakfast is varied and delicious. The staff is polite and friendly with lots of smiles. The cleanliness is also good... keep it up. I'll come back here again.

My second stay here was still enjoyable, with friendly staff, clean, fragrant rooms, cool AC, and running hot water. It's close to the Jogokariyan Mosque, and I can perform both dawn and Friday prayers there. I haven't tried the breakfast yet, so I can't comment on it. The price is affordable. I recommend it.
